Hello, and welcome. Are you thinking about therapy, but are unsure where to start? Whether you’re struggling emotionally, are unsure how to navigate a current obstacle, or are seeking to improve your overall quality of life and relationships—I am here to guide you toward healing, empowerment, and positive change. I am a skilled and passionate clinician working in the field for eight years, providing both individual (one-on-one) and couples counseling (you and your partner).
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions leading into the specific challenges you are facing—as well as what you hope to gain out of therapy. This will help me create an individualized plan to support you in achieving your unique goals.
I utilize evidence-based practices specializing in treating anxiety, depression, codependency, family/relational conflict, and addiction. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (trauma/PTSD modality), and am experienced in working with veterans and first responders. I also have experience as a clinical supervisor. Life is messy. Therapy helps. If you are ready to take a step toward a healthier, happier, more authentic you—do not hesitate to contact me for a free 15 minute consultation.

DBT is one of the primary modalities that I utilize in sessions. DBT focuses on bolstering mindfulness, strengthening emotional regulation, building distress tolerance, and enhancing interpersonal effectiveness--making it one of the most enriching and effective therapeutic techniques for clients.
CBT is another key modality that I utilize in practice. CBT allows clients to identify, challenge, and move on from ineffective patterns of thinking as well as emotional extremes--yielding healthier, more helpful behaviors.
SFBT is also a central modality to my practice. SFBT allows clients to focus on their strengths to reach goals and find solutions to challenges, rather than focusing on challenges themselves. SFBT is also future-oriented and promotes positive change by empowering clients to identify what their capabilities are, rather than what their perceived “deficits” are.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist—meaning I specialize in relationship & family dynamics. The quality of our relationships is directly correlated with our quality of life overall. In order to have a happy, healthy life it is essential to also be capable of fostering happy, health relationships—which is the main goal of family/relational counseling.
