I’m a licensed therapist who believes healing is possible when mind, body, and spirit are supported; not just symptoms managed. I help individuals navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. My approach blends evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed and attachment-focused care) with practical tools that help you shift patterns, strengthen boundaries, and improve emotional regulation. Therapy with me is both supportive and forward-moving: you’ll feel seen, challenged in a healthy way, and equipped with strategies you can use in real time. Faith integration is available for clients who want it.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is designed to help us get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, the challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, current stressors, relationships, and goals so we can begin identifying the patterns that may be contributing to what you’re experiencing. You’re welcome to share at a pace that feels comfortable. Together we will begin outlining goals for our work and identifying practical steps that can help you start moving forward. My goal in the first session is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and hopeful about the work ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to help clients connect the dots between their experiences, emotions, and patterns of thinking. I combine evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, attachment-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care with a collaborative and practical style. Clients often tell me they appreciate my ability to listen deeply while also offering clear insight and actionable strategies. I strive to create a space where people feel safe being honest about their struggles while also being challenged to grow. My work focuses on helping clients build emotional resilience, develop healthier relationships, strengthen boundaries, and gain the tools they need to navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are thoughtful individuals who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change in their lives. Many are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, burnout, or patterns that leave them feeling stuck. Often, the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed internally. They may struggle with self-doubt, emotional regulation, boundaries, or navigating difficult relationships. Some are also seeking to integrate their faith into the healing process. In our work together, we focus on developing greater self-awareness, learning practical coping tools, and creating healthier patterns in relationships, work, and daily life. My clients are typically motivated for growth and open to doing the work that leads to lasting change.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts influence their emotions and actions. Many of us carry internal narratives that were shaped by past experiences, relationships, or stress. CBT helps us slow down and examine those patterns so we can decide whether they are truly serving us. I work with clients to identify unhelpful thinking patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult situations. My goal is to make these tools practical and empowering so that clients leave our sessions with strategies they can apply in their daily lives.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build practical skills for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and responding more effectively to stress. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by their emotions or stuck in patterns that make it difficult to regulate how they respond to challenging situations. DBT focuses on developing skills in areas such as emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. In our work together, I help clients slow down and become more aware of their emotional responses while also learning tools to navigate those moments with greater clarity and stability. My goal is to help clients strengthen their ability to tolerate difficult emotions, communicate their needs effectively, and move through life’s challenges with greater balance and resilience.

Trauma-Focused CBT

I use Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help clients process and heal from difficult or overwhelming life experiences. Trauma can affect how we think about ourselves, others, and the world, often leading to patterns of fear, self-doubt, or emotional distress. In our work together, I help clients gently explore the ways trauma may be impacting their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while also developing skills to support emotional regulation and a greater sense of safety. TF-CBT combines practical coping strategies with opportunities to process past experiences in a supportive and structured way. My goal is to help clients move toward healing, regain a sense of control over their lives, and build resilience as they move forward.

Christian Counseling

I offer Christian counseling for clients who would like their faith to be a meaningful part of the therapeutic process. When desired, I integrate biblical principles, prayer, and spiritual reflection alongside evidence-based practices to support healing, growth, and emotional well-being.

Attachment-based

I use an attachment-based approach to help clients understand how early relationships and life experiences shape patterns of connection, trust, and emotional safety. In therapy, we explore these patterns and work toward developing healthier ways of relating to oneself and others.
