Solution focused brief therapy focuses on finding realistic, workable solutions for clients as quickly as possible. Although this method may not be best suited for all clients, it is very helpful for individuals who already have an idea of what they need to do to improve improve their life and, with the support and guidance of a therapist, are capable of taking steps they need to overcome and thrive.
