I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker whom has worked at various community-based and inpatient settings which has helped mold me into the practitioner I am today. I have worked with a diverse group of children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families to provide effective, holistic, and inclusive treatment, through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered approaches.
Although there is no one fits all approach to therapy, I aim to to provide an empathetic, safe, and therapeutic environment in which we can identify, process, and understand exactly what you might be experiencing and why.
My integrative approach is essential to understanding life experiences. It is my belief that every individual is capable of learning and growing: key aspects of therapy. My focus is on anxiety and depressive-related symptoms, adjustment to life changed and circumstances, grief and loss, and more.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I have been able to provide services in a variety of areas of social work oractice such as child, school and family, mental health, and substance use. I have strong clinical skills and knowledge. Aside from my work, I am an active suicide prevention trainer and psychological first aid trainer.
