In the first session, client will be informed about confidentiality and it's limitations. Questions regarding client's history with depression, anxiety and stress will be investigated, strengths will be identified and support will be offered in what can be accomplished.
I am a great listener and identifying problematic areas that could be improved upon.
I enjoy working with young adults, both male and female to help sort out relationship issues and begin a path toward more internal growth.
