Hello! My name is Agnes and I've been a mental health counselor for over 20 years! Do you ever find yourself struggling just to get through the day? Do you feel overwhelmed and stressed out over minor issues and events? Do you wake up in the morning dreading the day before you? Have you been feeling depressed, anxious and angry.....lashing out at others which only compounds these bad feelings? Have you had thoughts of just wanting to "run away" or "give up"? Emotions can be wonderful; but, they can also get out of hand and lead you to make poor decisions or to act in ways that create more problems. I can help you sort through your feelings, thoughts and behaviors by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an evidence-based approach that has been proven to work. Working together we can find ways to alleviate that stress, help you get a better and deeper understanding of yourself and find a balance that works to get you back to feeling good in the morning! In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, client will be informed about confidentiality and it's limitations. Questions regarding client's history with depression, anxiety and stress will be investigated, strengths will be identified and support will be offered in what can be accomplished.
