In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Meeting someone for the first time can be anxiety provoking. Our first session is about truly exploring who we are and how I can best support you on your journey. I think there is so much importance in building our therapeutic relationship, as therapy is a vulnerable space. Therefore, building trust and comfort is extremely significant.

My foundation is in clinical social work and trauma counseling. I use this to help my clients build awareness of environmental stressors that may be impacting their overall functioning. I utilize an integrative model that allows for a flexible, unique, and individualized therapeutic experience.
