Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Clients can expect to gain a better understanding of themselves and their motivations. I achieve this by having the client talk about themselves, their present and past relationships, and the experiences that have had an impact on their lives. I assist clients with getting more satisfaction out of their lives by helping them improve their relationships. Moreover, I teach clients a variety of tools to help them manage stress and uncomfortable feelings. I also teach clients how to communicate effectively, set appropriate boundaries, and build intimacy. I help clients understand and appropriately express their emotions, as well as help them find their purpose.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I actively listen to my client's stories, provide psychoeducation, and give them a safe place to express themselves. I also use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (when appropriate) to desensitize traumatic experiences.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength is working with individuals experiencing symptoms related to traumatic experiences (big or little), especially symptoms of a sexual nature such as erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and orgasmic dysfunction.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve
