My therapeutic approach centers on the holistic well-being of individuals, with a particular focus on working with female clients. My aim is to facilitate your therapeutic journey toward enhanced well-being and deeper insight into your thoughts and behaviors, including understanding the roots of cognitive and behavioral patterns. While my therapeutic toolbox includes solutions-focused, psychodynamic, mindfulness techniques, EMDR, and Reiki, I customize therapy sessions to suit each individual, allowing for flexibility beyond these established frameworks.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first and second sessions, we will conduct an intake assessment. This process helps me understand your historical background, which will inform the treatment plan we will collaboratively create to achieve your therapeutic goals. By the third session, you will have a proposed treatment plan, and we will work together to finalize the details.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I understand firsthand the challenges of grappling with anxiety and depression, which allows me to empathize deeply with clients facing similar struggles. I also incorporate humor during sessions to help alleviate some of the difficult emotions that may arise in therapy. For those who appreciate energy psychology, I implement Reiki—a somatic practice that complements talk therapy and supports further healing.

My treatment methods

Somatic

I utilize the mind-body connection to assist individuals in processing during sessions, incorporating techniques such as Reiki.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I incorporate meditation techniques to facilitate a more present process and to help calm the chaos.

Psychodynamic

I assist clients in processing and identifying connections between their thoughts, behaviors, and feelings from childhood. We pinpoint how these patterns may manifest in adulthood and affect their lives.

EMDR

I have currently completed the first part of my EMDR training. I work with clients using this modality to process and move toward healing from trauma.
