Hi, my name is Myrna. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have over 15 years of experience working with adults suffering with Depression, anxiety, Chronic Pain, Grief and loss. Are you feeling overwhelmed like nobody understands? Are you a full-time caregiver to a patient suffering from Alzheimer's, Dementia, Autism or on hospice care?

The first session is introduction and getting to know you. I want to know about your hobbies and interests.

After 2 yrs with Myrna I have learned a lot about myself. Didn't realize that a lot of behavior was learned behavior from childhood and what u learned from my mother. Have learned boundaries, self love,and what I do and don't want for myself. Growing up therapy was never mention or an option. I come from a disfunctional family and have a history of being codependent. I never knew what either of those were till Myrna. I feel I have come a long way but need help with anger to control outburst
