I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor in Georgia. I earned a Doctoral degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Counseling. I am also a Counselor Educator and a Certified Professional School Counselor. This combination of experience have provided me with the opportunity to support many clients, students and their families by providing knowledge in ways that meet the needs of all stakeholders.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I offer therapy incorporating the person-centered approach, solution-focused brief therapy, emotion focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral treatment.
I specialize in using a safe and non-judgmental environment to support adults in the area of mental and social-emotional issues, which includes adolescent/child services, anxiety disorders, depressions, crisis intervention, life management counseling, parenting issues, post-traumatic stress disorder, and stress management.
I strongly believe that people do not care how much you know until they know how much you care.
