Hello. I am a Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I received by degree from the University of South Alabama and have been practicing since 2018. I have experiencing working with children, adolescents, and adults (ages 4 and up) as well as experience in the management of many mental health disorders.
I can prescribe medications as well as provide therapy and development of coping skills.
I can prescribe medications as well as provide therapy and development of coping skills. Unfortunately, I am not able to provide therapy alone through Grow Therapy. I can provide therapy in addition to medication management. I am well equipped to manage a diagnosis of ADHD. However, for patients requiring a stimulant medication for the management of ADHD, many pharmacies will not accept a prescription from a teleheath provider that is located more than 50 miles from the patient's address. My goal is to provide individualized care and to help others overcome life's challenges. I look forward to working with you!
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing and include a mental health history as well as current symptoms. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Having worked with all age groups and diagnoses, I am equipped and knowledgeable in many areas. I use inclusive techniques to involve you in your treatment plan and recovery process.
