About me

Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts and a Registered Art Therapist (ATR). I received my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Lesley University. I have eighteen years of professional experience supporting adult individuals and groups struggling with anxiety, interpersonal relationships, communication issues, and life transitions. Additionally, I specialize in helping artists overcome creative blocks and stagnation, empowering them to move forward confidently in their creative pursuits and reclaim their artistic flow.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will start with brief introductions to get to know each other. Then, we will discuss your unique concerns, challenges, and goals. Together, we will co-create a supportive, personalized plan tailored to your needs for our follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Are you seeking to make meaningful changes in your life? When life's challenges and transitions become difficult to navigate, you don't have to face them alone. I am here to help. More often than not, our current difficulties are deeply connected to our past experiences. Together, we can explore how these unresolved issues impact your present and work toward lasting healing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My passion is supporting individuals as they navigate life transitions, deepen self-awareness, and foster alignment across mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in humanistic and psychodynamic principles, my approach is collaborative and client-centered. I integrate a variety of evidence-based interventions tailored to your unique needs, including CBT, Y-CBT, mindfulness, breathing and relaxation techniques, narrative therapy, and expressive art therapies. As a lifelong learner, I am continuously expanding my clinical toolkit to ensure our sessions are deeply personalized, empowering, and effective for your personal growth.

My treatment methods

Mind-body approach

I utilize evidence-based practices—including Mindfulness, deep breathing techniques, and Yoga-CBT—to help clients manage and reduce symptoms of anxiety and panic disorders. By incorporating meditation, intentional breathwork, and gentle chair yoga, we work together to ground the nervous system and build practical coping tools.

Psychodynamic

I use a psychodynamic lens to help you explore the underlying root causes of your current behaviors and patterns. Together, we will examine how early childhood experiences shape your personality and how past relationship dynamics may be influencing your present connections and interactions.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Central to my practice is a compassionate, person-centered approach. I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and deeply supportive space where you can safely explore your thoughts and feelings, fostering the self-discovery needed to encourage positive, lasting change.

Experiential Therapy

In addition to being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I am a Registered Art Therapist (ATR). Upon request, I integrate art and expressive therapies into our sessions to unlock deeper self-awareness and facilitate healing. Note: I am currently looking to build a supportive art therapy group. Please let me know if you would be interested in joining!
