I have been practicing for 28 years, working with a wide variety of populations and in many different settings. I have a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision and an MA in Counseling and Rehabilitation. I am independently licensed as a professional counselor in KY, OH, and MO. I practice primarily from an existential-humanistic approach while also utilizing evidence-based therapies that are the most effective for treating the specific disorders, symptoms, or behaviors with which the individual presents. I provide EMDR and hypnotherapy as well as cognitive behavioral therapies. Aside from practicing therapy, I have a special interest in multiculturalism, social justice, and advocacy work. I believe extraneous social factors also have an impact on our emotional well-being, so I am involved in activism work that I believe will assist in changing the lives of people I serve.

Erin was kind, asked questions that helped me understand more, and genuinely listened. She also offered specific guidance.
