I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. Through my education, work and personal experiences I have concentrated my specializations on Adult and Adolescent Counseling for Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Divorce/Relationship Recovery, Betrayal Truama, Complex Relationship Dynamics and Life Transitions. I believe each of us is unique, and our different experiences impact what we know. Change begins when we take the steps to want to know our “better.” “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.” -Maya Angelou

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will start with brief introductions, and begin the process of looking at the specific challenges you are facing. This will start the development of a treatment plan for us to work through together in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I provide a rich background dedicated to creating a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment, where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions while navigating challenges. Clients are encouraged to focus on their strengths by emphasizing positive aspects and work towards meaningful solutions. As a Recreation Therapist, I incorporate a Holistic approach to Counseling, focusing on the interconnected aspects of mind, body, and spiritual health to foster comprehensive healing and support clients on their journey towards balance and overall “better” life
