First session
During our first session we will begin to build our rapport and gather an idea of what brings you to therapy and what you hope will be different for you as a result.
Strengths
I bring an open, nonjudgmental presence to my work and strive to meet each person exactly where they are in life. I focus on helping individuals move toward the goals that matter most to them, offering support, honesty, and compassion along the way. I’m not afraid to have difficult conversations, always from a place of care, respect, and a genuine desire to help individuals grow and thrive.
Ideal clients
I am best positioned to serve individuals who have a desire to make meaningful changes in their lives and are open to exploring new ways of thinking and behaving. My ideal clients are motivated to understand themselves more deeply, willing to adjust their perspectives, and ready to take active steps toward their goals. Together, we focus on building insight, developing practical strategies, and creating lasting, positive change.
