First session
In our first session, I’ll guide you through a warm and supportive conversation to better understand your goals, history, and what brings you to therapy. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the process and begin creating a plan that feels aligned and safe for you. My goal is to make sure you leave feeling seen, understood, and hopeful about your next steps.
