I use a combination of tools from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. These tools include a mixture of learning how to accept the thoughts, feelings, and challenges that arise, examining and challenging negative beliefs about ourselves and our circumstances that hold us back, and finding practical solutions for the issues we face.
I've helped many clients improve their relationship skills to find their ideal partners, improve their communication, or bring back the spark in their relationships that has been lacking.
