About me

Hi there!, My name is Kelsey and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received my master's from Campbellsville University in Kentucky and have been practicing clinical social work for 4 years. I have over 9 years of experience working in behavioral health with a wide variety of populations. I enjoy helping others see the best parts of themselves and overcome challenges in their life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session can be scary due to the unknown. I try to answer any questions my clients have within the first session and work to get to know my client and their goals so their treatment is specialized and unique.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My clients continue to come back because they feel validated and heard. I create a safe and healing environment for clients to process and share parts of themselves without fear of judgment.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients who need a safe space to discuss their inner thoughts and feelings. I enjoy helping clients gain new perspectives into their lives, and aid them to view themselves in a more positive light.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

I use a wide variety of techniques to meet my clients where they are in the therapeutic process. I do not believe that it is a one size fits all, which is why I am constantly researching new ideas and interventions to use with my clients.

Kelsey is very comfortable and kind, I have never felt rushed, judged or misunderstood while talking with her. My anxiety and depression have changed wildly for the better since I started therapy with her.
