In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, We'll start with introductions and specific challenges you are facing. We will start to talk about what you will expect out of our sessions and create a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with all ages of individuals for the past 11 years, I am experienced with all populations and age groups and am able to help identify challenges you are facing and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with several different populations. I enjoy working with children/adolescents who are struggling with change and coping with everyday life. I enjoy helping adults with substance abuse issues, focusing on change and getting the help that they need. I love helping patients/clients in working through depression and anxiety and trying to figure out positive coping skills. I also enjoy and have a lot of experience with the elderly population in assisting them with accepting their loss of independence and focusing on end of life decisions.
