I have successfully helped several clients addresses different issues, focusing on empowering them to take control of their lives. I have worked with several and diverse populations dealing with a variety of issues, including homelessness, substance abuse, mental health disorders and behavioral issues. I have ample experience with teenagers, children, and families. I provide therapy in English and Spanish.
After first introduction, we discuss what to expect from therapy, goals and objectives. I'll ask open ended questions to help the client identify triggers and coping mechanisms to build a strong treatment plan.
