What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session with me as your psychiatric provider, you can expect a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where we’ll focus on understanding your unique experiences and concerns. We’ll begin by discussing your mental health history, physical health, lifestyle, and any factors impacting your well-being. My approach is holistic, so I’ll consider not only your symptoms but also your personal goals, values, relationships, and environment. Together, we’ll explore what brings you here and collaborate on a plan tailored to your needs, whether that involves therapy, medication, lifestyle changes, or a combination. My priority is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered in your journey toward better mental health.
