Hello, my name is Catherine Roberts, I became a therapist because I enjoy getting to know people on a natural level. My goal is to help guide people through personal challenges to achieve healthier minds. It is possible to learn how to escape from feeling overwhelmed. As a collaborative partner, I would like to help empower you to face life's challenges to a healthier mental well-being. I graduated from Clark Atlanta University, where I obtained my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. Now, as a licensed professional counselor, I have worked in private practice for more than fifteen years. I primarily work with clients experiencing depression, grief and loss, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, and addiction. Before working in private practice, I worked as a clinical therapist in an inpatient mental health facility.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, using Cognitive and Dialectical therapies to help my clients learn better ways to cope with life stressors.
