New to Grow
I believe that therapy should be tailored to each unique individual and offer a holistic, collaborative and strength based approach to empower you to reach your goals. I strive to provide a safe space, while gently challenging you beyond your comfort zone. My specialties include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship issues, self worth, trauma, occupational issues, life transitions, prenatal/postnatal, women's issues and managing work/life balance.
In our first session, you will have time to share your story and what you are hoping to change. We will collaborate on clear goals and a practical roadmap and I will introduce evidence-based tools you can start using right away. If you would like to see whether we are a good fit, you are welcome to schedule a free 15‐minute consultation.
In our work together, you can expect a calm, collaborative space where you feel truly seen, validated, and supported. My approach is warm, trauma‐informed, and grounded in your strengths. I will help you slow down, make sense of what you are feeling, and introduce practical tools you can start using between sessions. I will gently challenge unhelpful patterns, while always respecting your pace and honoring your lived experience.
I work with clients navigating a variety of mental health symptoms, attachment challenges, life transitions, and identity-related experiences. I also enjoy helping women move from overwhelm, self-doubt, and “holding it all together” to feeling grounded, confident, and supported. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re going through, whether it’s anxiety, low mood, relationship stress, trauma, work burnout, or major life transitions such as pregnancy, postpartum, or parenthood—and create realistic steps toward the life you want. If what you’ve read resonates with you, I’d be honored to walk with you in this next step. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a consultation.

Trauma-Focused CBT
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a specialized adaptation of CBT designed. TF-CBT integrates cognitive-behavioral techniques with trauma-sensitive interventions to help reduce trauma-related symptoms and promote recovery.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational interviewing is a collaborative, goal-oriented approach to strengthen personal motivation and commitment to change. It helps individuals navigate ambivalence regarding behavior changes by exploring their own reasons for change in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Strength-Based
Strength-based therapy is a positive, collaborative psychotherapy approach focusing on an individual’s internal strengths, resilience, and resources rather than solely on deficits or symptoms. It empowers clients to overcome challenges by leveraging their existing skills and successes.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
Person-centered therapy is a humanistic, non-directive approach focusing on a client’s capacity for self-healing and personal growth. It emphasizes a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment, allowing clients to explore their feelings and improve self-esteem. My role is to be a facilitator utilizing empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard to foster change.
