What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with a brief introduction, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow- up sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My approach is trauma-informed and client-centered. I am trained in EMDR therapy for working with trauma. I believe in authentic human connections above everything else.

Together we work to explore coping strategies and a new language for emotions. I work to assist individuals reach their full potential by providing a safe place to discuss traumas, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that hinder growth. I primarily work with young adults, adults, and families to navigate through life challenges & manage mental health diagnoses. My specialties include life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma& addiction. I virtually serve individuals from a variety of different backgrounds throughout the state of Texas.
