Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

As your therapist, I will guide you towards a path where therapy will mark a new beginning in your life. I will listen to your needs, encourage you to reach your full potential, and help you create the greatest version of yourself.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My therapeutic approach, tailored to your well-being, is CBT-based as I endorse the theory that thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected. True healing starts with the therapist understanding the client, whether he or she is anxious, depressed, fearful, ashamed, sad, guilty, or angry about anything in his or her life. We all have an untold story to tell, and I am ready to hear yours.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am a multicultural and multiracial therapist and I have experience working with teens, adolescents, and adults. I help them create the best version of themselves. When we understand ourselves better, we can learn what is important to us. As your therapist, I will help you identify what matters most and guide you towards achieving the goals you set for yourself.
