We’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll explain the purpose of supportive therapy, and person centered theory, how it works, and what you can expect from our time together. You’re encouraged to ask questions at any point. You’ll have space to share what’s bringing you in—whether it’s stress, sadness, relationship issues, or something you’re not even sure how to name yet. Finally, Everything you share is confidential, with a few legal exceptions I’ll explain. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be honest and vulnerable
- My strength is having the mastery of reducing your stress, not intensify it. - Secondly, my focus is on strengthening coping skills, not dissecting every past trauma. - I will make that sessions adapt to your needs—whether you want to vent, problem-solve, or just feel heard
Treatment plans are highly individualized with evidence based treatment protocols. With this in mind, our providers will ensure that you're informed about our process right from the time you indicate interest in our care.
