What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
My desire is for you to feel empowered to heal. I want to know what brought you to therapy and what you hope to take away with you after therapy. Each following session is individualized and can include a variety of therapeutic approaches and brief homework assignments. I will be supportive yet direct in helping you work towards optimal mental well-being.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
Depending on your goals, treatment methods can include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, or integrative approaches.

I tend to be a very positive, "glass half full" kind of person. I use a non-judgmental, culturally sensitive approach. I've worked with many children, adolescents, adults, and families primary in the medical and mental health setting. Adults interested in managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, chronic medical conditions, postpartum depression, and career issues tend to be the best fit.
