Cognitive Behavioral Therapy assist in managing the reason a person comes to treatment, by assisting in changing the you you think and behave. Verifying the reason for treatment, the goal wishing to be accomplished by coming to treatment and them formulating behaviors that have kept us from meeting those goals in the past. Then work to manage those behaviors to meet the stated goals. Sometimes restatements are needed along the journey.
