Hi! I am a licensed independent clinical social worker. I received my master's at Springfield College. I have been a social worker for 24 years and have being doing therapy for 16 years. I have worked with children, adolescents, families, couples and elderly as well. I have a diverse career background. I enjoy helping people navigate through life, difficult experiences and to meet their goals.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session use the initial session to introduce myself , develop rapport and learn about the concerns and goals the client may have. I gather information to make accurate diagnosis and gather past therapeutic experiences. I also offer resources that may be helpful for the client to use for support daily.

I meet my clients where they are and am an active listener. I connect with people easily and hope to help ease the struggles of daily life and the nerves of starting therapy

I work with individuals, families as well as couples. I have experience with many different diagnoses. I have extensive grief, interpersonal conflict, depression, anxiety and relationship experience.
