At Grow Therapy we have an audacious goal: to refine access to our mental health system so that it simply works for everyone providing and seeking care. We strive to achieve this by building the most effective platform for therapists to run their practices, patients to receive care, and payors to effectively serve their members.

Today, we’re thrilled to announce our $88 million Series C, led by Sequoia Capital with support from Goldman Sachs Alternatives and PLUS Capital alongside artists and athletes from their collective including Anna Kendrick, Lily Collins, Dak Prescott, Joe Burrow, Jrue Holiday, and Lauren Holiday. We chose these partners based on their experience supporting world-class technology and healthcare companies, and their deep belief in our mission. They join existing investors Transformation Capital, SignalFire, and TCV.

Our Mission

We believe everyone should have access to effective mental health care, regardless of their background, geography, or financial circumstances. We’re solving a problem we intimately understand: we started Grow because of our own struggles to find reliable, affordable care.

Every day we endeavor to make one of the toughest, yet most critical jobs in America – being a therapist – more rewarding, sustainable, and easier. Our goal is to help therapists and mental healthcare providers focus on delivering quality care to their communities by supporting them with insurance billing, patient referrals, scheduling, note-taking, and peer networks. In doing so, we open up opportunities for patients to find the care they need.

Our Progress

Since our founding in 2020, we’ve:

We’re humbled and honored every day to hear the stories of Grow providers and their patients:

“In the worst mental state I’ve been in for a very long time I stumbled upon Grow Therapy, and I couldn’t be happier. The care and professionalism at the click of a button is more than I could have asked for during a time when getting dressed and going outside was the most difficult task. The convenience and simplicity of Grow to make this care accessible is something I cherish. For many, Grow has saved our lives.” Grow Patient

“Grow has been incredible for my practice. Since 2023, I’ve only been growing and I’ve gotten to a point now in which I’m simply going deeper with existing clientele while working less, not more. I’m optimizing my impact and deepening my relationship with existing clients.” Grow Provider

What’s Next?

Scaling access to care alone is not enough. Despite increasing access to mental healthcare, fragmented technology infrastructure still makes delivering high-quality care nearly impossible for many providers.

With this raise, we’ll continue to invest in our platform for our provider partners, bringing a value-based care system to the forefront of behavioral health, and offering these services across all patient populations, including historically underserved members covered by Medicaid and Medicare. Specifically, we’ve launched or enhanced:

Each product launch builds upon our commitment to ensuring access to the most effective, coordinated care possible. We have the privilege to work with and support the practices of talented and compassionate therapists who have chosen to partner with Grow. It’s with their feedback and inspiration that we commit to building a platform to deliver the next generation of mental healthcare.

We’re inspired to embark on our next chapter with deep gratitude to our clients, providers, payors, prescribers, investors, and team.
