I have 14 years experience in the mental health field. This has mostly been in substance abuse and trauma.
My interests mostly revolve around overcoming adverse events. We are shaped by events both good and bad. I believe that a bad or harmful event does not have to totally negative consequences. Pain can lead to both wisdom and growth. A full and rich life is possible despite adverse events.
