Hey, I’m Jocelyn.
Are you feeling stuck or having a hard time reaching your goals? Maybe life feels heavier than usual, or you’ve been trying to push through but nothing seems to help. You don’t have to do it alone.
I offer confidential therapy for adults and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, psychotic disorders, or just the ups and downs that come with being human. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up as yourself and start making sense of what’s been holding you back.
I’ve worked in the mental health field for over 10 years, including residential treatment, correctional facilities, rehabilitation, and community mental health. For the past four years, I’ve been in private practice, helping clients reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges. I also love helping people find the resources and supports they need to feel grounded and cared for.
Therapy helped me through a tough time in my own life, and that experience drives my passion for helping others. This isn’t just a job for me—it’s something I deeply care about.
I offer evening and some weekend appointments because I know life can be busy. Whenever you’re ready, let’s take that next step together and start creating the changes you’ve been hoping for.
There are countless methods for healing & moving forward. I provide a judgement free place to find your way & figure it out. Commitment to my clients begins with a belief in the ability of individuals to advocate for themselves & choose their own path. You decide how you want to live your life.
Our instincts, emotions & feelings are a gift; they are the natural barometer for navigating our lives. Often we misinterpret or fear those emotions & fall into a holding pattern as to how to move forward. We all get stuck. Let me help you move forward.
The best work is done when we are honest and open about who we are, and where we want to be. Counseling is guided through your ideals & values. This is your time.
My experience is rooted in the mind + body connect. Scientific research continues to prove more about the brain and body connection than we have ever known, Come along and let me teach you. Working through & assimilating the somatic experience of life, freeing ourselves from trauma & bumps in the road.
"Aloha! I help women (sorry, no men) who've done the inner work but still lose themselves in relationships rebuild embodied self-trust so they can stop overthinking, overgiving, and abandoning themselves-and create secure, healthy relationships.
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, and I integrate traditional talk therapy with experiential therapies that aid in better nervous system regulation, healing, and overall relief of symptoms. Experiential, brain-based healing & somatic therapies can help accelerate change and often reduce time in counseling.
I specialize in biologically based healing, which assists in resolving trauma symptoms that are frozen or stuck in the body. I have been in practice for 30 years, working in a variety of settings.
I do not provide substance-use treatment or addiction counseling, and I am not currently accepting clts whose regular use of alcohol, cannabis, vaping/nicotine, or other recreational drugs is a significant part of their current functioning.
In my personal life I am a wife, a mom of 4 young adults (2 are adopted), dog/animal lover, & divorce survivor. I enjoy spending time near the ocean, swimming, hiking, exploring in nature, cooking, writing, friends, music, worshiping, and learning/reading.
I am licensed in Illinois (LCPC), and live on the big island of Hawaii 🌺

I believe everyone deserves a safe and supportive space to explore the barriers that interfere with living the life they desire. My goal is to foster a comfortable and affirming environment, particularly for individuals from oppressed and marginalized communities. Having access to support, self-awareness, and effective coping skills is essential for managing life’s stressors. I also believe in the importance of processing past experiences and exploring how they shape our current worldview and relationships.
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), my mission is to guide individuals on a journey back to their innate wisdom, compassion, peace, and confidence. I often think of the story of Michelangelo, who described sculpting as the act of chipping away marble to reveal the beauty already within. This metaphor beautifully captures the counseling process: together, we identify and remove the barriers obscuring your true SELF, allowing your inner brilliance to shine through.
My approach is rooted in deep compassion for the human experience. I bring to our work a blend of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices, enriched by certifications in Mind-Body Bridging, Cognitively-Based Compassion Training, and Cultivating Emotional Balance. I draw from powerful therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Compassionate Inquiry, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs.
Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with nine years of experience, and I am deeply passionate about the work I do. Throughout my career, I have worked in both nonprofit settings and private practice, earning a reputation for building meaningful, long-term relationships with my clients. Many clients return to me when they decide to re-engage with therapy, which speaks to the trust and connection we previously established. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating daily stressors, the challenges of past trauma, or relational distress. While I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, I am most frequently sought out by Latinas and individuals with a Christian background.

My experience includes counseling in various settings including outpatient and inpatient care, in-home, and Telehealth. My education, experience, and training has helped me to develop a broad skill set. My goals as a therapist are to never stop learning and to help my clients become the best version of themselves.
Individuals who seek therapy deserve to work with someone who is empathetic, objective, and supportive. I provide a safe environment for you to openly share feelings and concerns without judgement as we begin the collaboration process, where we will work together to identify solutions for positive change. I will help you set goals for change that best suit your current situation and needs. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and that you possess the internal resources to make the desired change. My holistic focus includes assisting you in identifying your strengths, inner resources, goals, and values that will serve as a roadmap to making positive change toward your personal goals in several domains, which may include self-growth, relationships, work, spirituality, and more.
You may find yourself experiencing toxic relationships/codependency, eating disorders, drugs & alcohol, anxiety, and perfectionism – the list of the ways we distract and soothe ourselves from discomfort goes on and on. You may find the need to learn more about yourself and your relationships, process life events, share things that are difficult to share with other people, or to explore how past experiences have shaped you. I am passionate about helping clients foster self-awareness by using motivational interviewing, to meet you right where you are.

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or facing a major life transition? I provide a safe, supportive space where adults can slow down, gain clarity, and develop practical strategies for moving forward. Throughout my extensive career, I've helped people navigate life's challenges both as a licensed clinical therapist and as a healthcare executive leading major hospital systems. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, grief, or a major life transition, I provide a supportive space to gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
Raised in Chicago’s Rogers Park and influenced by my father’s resilience as a Holocaust survivor, I bring a strong foundation of empathy and perspective to my work. I hold a master's in clinical social work from Loyola University and am licensed in Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, New Mexico and West Virginia. I also earned a master's degree in business administration from North Park University and an executive management certification from University of Southern California.
Having lived and worked across the United States and internationally, I bring a broad, culturally informed perspective to my practice. My therapeutic philosophy emphasizes positivity, confidence, and persistence.
As a licensed mental health therapist, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy to support clients throughout the therapeutic process. Together we can work toward helping you discover your voice and experience greater freedom on your journey toward healing, wholeness, and wellness.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where you feel free to process emotions, express yourself openly, and show up authentically. Through empowerment, self-awareness, and accountability, I strive to help you let go of relationships, patterns, and thought processes that will not serve the healed and evolved version of yourself.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional with over 23 years of experience providing clinical services in one capacity or another. My experience includes working with children, teens, and adults and my areas of practice have included substance use, serious mental illness, and a variety of anxiety issues. I believe that you are the expert on your own thoughts and feelings, but unhelpful behavior patterns are not always as obvious to the person engaging in them. My role with you will be to help you discover those patterns and their root cause so that we can give them a tune-up to get you going on a more functional path.
Why we do what we do has always been a strong focus of my clinical work. I believe that we can always find the reasons for our dysfunctional behaviors if we are open and willing to look for them. I will work well with you if you are open and curious about your own mind and/or are motivated to dig deep into your inner world to affect change. Dream analysis has also highly interested me, and I welcome discussing your dreams and what they could represent about your current life problems.
Hey, I’m Amber. I’m so glad you’re here! I know sometimes it can be pretty scary searching for a therapist who helps you feel known and understood. That is the kind of therapist I strive to be. Let me share a little about myself. I’ve been working in the mental health field for over 11 years now. I worked in community mental health for 10 1/2 of those years before deciding to branch into my own private practice. I am now licensed in Illinois and Missouri. I grew up in a very conservative and religious family, even attending seminary, so I do know those beliefs well. It took me until I was 25 to be brave enough to live my authentic self as a gay individual, knowing it would cost me most of my family and friends. It hasn't been easy, but it has been worth it. It is now my desire to be the support for you that I never had as you live your own truth and tell your own story.
I’m Heather Freed, LCSW, founder of Freed Minds. As a therapist, former executive, wife, and mom, I understand how easy it is for capable women to lose themselves in responsibility, relationships, and the pressure to keep it all together. I specialize in helping high-responsibility women move beyond burnout, overfunctioning, and self-neglect through holistic, trauma-informed therapy that supports healing of mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to help you build a life that feels more peaceful, grounded, and true to who you are.
Hi, my name is Tishina and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. For the past eight years, I've had the privilege of helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood changes, and the challenges that come with everyday problem solving. I became a therapist because therapy changed my life. It helped me heal, find my voice, and believe in myself and now I'm passionate about offering that same support and hope to the people that I work with.
Therapy can be intimidating to many people. I don't believe in having a "diagnosis" in order to justify therapy... there are benefits to even the most mentally strong. Much like cars need a tune up, people need to often make mental health a priority! Whether it be a major life change, difficulty in relationships, or feeling like something is missing... I am here to listen, help, and support you through your journey. With experience in helping small children to the young at heart, I tailor my work to meet each client's individual needs. I look forward to working with you!
Thank you for sharing your life with me.:)

Hi, I'm Heather! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and I have been working in the field of mental health since graduating with my Master's in 2009. I have worked as a crisis intervention counselor with teens, and, more recently, I have been working in private practice with teens and adults from various backgrounds since 2017.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri - Columbia. After graduating, I then earned my Master's degree in Community Counseling from Concordia University - Chicago. From there, I started working with people to help them make the changes needed to improve their lives - and I have never looked back!
I truly enjoy what I get to do for a living and would feel privileged and honored to have the opportunity to work with you to improve your mental and emotional wellness!
Whether seeking therapy for the first time or continuing your journey towards improved mental health, I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to support you as you work on your personal goals. MY goal is to cater your therapy experience to what you need, focusing on where you are at in your life and where you ultimately want to be. Using an eclectic blend of treatment methods (including CBT and person-centered among others), I focus on compassionate and empathic care designed with your needs in mind. Whether wanting to develop coping strategies for mental health concerns like depression and anxiety, to learn how to manage stress well, or to forge a deeper understanding of how and why life's experiences impact day-to-day functioning, my hope is to collaborate with you every step of the way to reach whatever goal(s) you may have.
Hello, and welcome! My name is Megan Allegretti, and I am so proud of you for considering the incredibly difficult step of seeking mental health therapy. In an effort to make this process feel less intimidating, here are some things about me, to see if my approach is a solid fit for you.
My approach works with the intention to aid in healing from the distress in your mental and emotional world. Often we create various behavioral patterns in life, that worked at some point, but now you notice them becoming maladaptive. We will look at becoming more internally aware of systems that are not cutting it anymore for you, why those patterns evolved in the first place. With this understanding it can aid in identifying the function of behaviors, and better aid with implementing new skills in its place.
My goal for treatment is to come with you along your journey, so you will not have to feel alone. I will also provide skills, education, processing, and perspectives you might not be able to see from your angle.
If this feels like a good fit for you, please reach out to set up an intake together.
I am a licensed clinical social worker by education, and I have been a licensed clinician for over 23 years. Most recently my career has brought me to work in collaboration with GROW as a private therapist. I have been working on GROW for nearly 2 years. I also work part time as a group therapy counselor for aging adults in an intensive mental health and community outreach program. I love both occupational settings and my clients with ever growing passion.
We live in a fast-moving society, and it can be hard to keep up with all of our various adult life roles and responsibilities. Adults, young and mature, who are making mental health a priority in their lives are notably the most satisfied and happy individuals in this challenging society. I offer my clients a safe space to explore their experiences in this world, express and understand their feelings, get to know themselves on a deeper level, and learn skills to take control of their thoughts and emotions. I will often challenge my clients to intentionally practice new skills or approaches outside of our sessions. My ultimate objective is helping my clients achieve their definition of personal success and satisfaction.
I have worked with a variety of adult clients of various ages and life phases. Each phase of our adult life comes with unique challenges. I have extensive and varied experience working with adults in late stages of life, long past retirement, and clients who are nearing death. The last stage of life can be the most challenging and requires the most assistance yet there are limited services to support the mental health needs of the current aging population. This is a serious problem, and I am on a mission to be part of the solution.

My counseling style is warm, empowering, and collaborative. Hi, I’m Dr. DeAnna (Dee) Brookhart.
If you’re here, chances are life feels heavier than it should. Maybe stress won’t let up, anxiety keeps you on edge, or sadness has dulled your energy. Perhaps your relationship feels strained, or addiction has taken more space than you want it to. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to carry it by yourself.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois, Wisconsin and Utah, and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor with nearly 30 years of experience. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals, couples, and families through struggles like anxiety, depression, addiction, marital or couples issues, workplace trauma, and the challenges of blended family life. I also work with clients navigating personality struggles or the lasting effects of stress and trauma.
My approach is warm and collaborative. We’ll clarify what matters most to you, set realistic goals, and work at a pace that feels safe. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused strategies — always adapted to your needs. Sessions with me often include open conversation, practical coping tools, encouragement, and sometimes even humor when it helps ease the weight.
I see healing as holistic. That means looking at not only your thoughts and emotions, but also how stress shows up in your body, how you connect with others, and how your daily habits shape your well-being.
I work best with adults and couples ready to make changes, even if they’re not sure where to start.
Outside the office, I love cooking, reading, traveling to the beach, and spending time with my family. I have ADORABLE grandkids! And of course Charlie, my Golden Retriever.
If you’re ready to feel lighter, find clarity, and rebuild what matters most, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.

Welcome—I’m truly glad you’re here. I bring a warm, grounded, and collaborative approach to this work, shaped by graduating with honors in my Master’s program and earning my Bachelor’s in Social Work with a Minor in Human Services. With 17 years of experience supporting at‑risk youth and families across Illinois, Kansas, and Missouri—and roughly five years in a direct therapeutic role—I’ve learned that healing is most powerful when mind, body, and spirit are invited into the process.
My background includes specialized training in DBT, ASIST, trauma‑responsive care, and emerging work with elders through grief support and medical assessments. My practice continues to expand as I deepen my understanding of military culture and the unique stressors faced by Service Members, Veterans, and their families. I integrate training in reintegration support, deployment‑related stress, and identity transitions to help military‑connected clients navigate life with clarity and strength. I am honored to now offer supportive therapeutic services to clients in the state of Virginia.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Somatic Therapy remains one of my first passions and is available for in‑person sessions. This body‑based approach helps clients release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with the wisdom of their physical and emotional selves. When the body softens, the mind opens—and healing becomes more accessible, more intuitive, and more aligned.
My work is guided by a simple belief:
~When people feel safe, seen, and supported, they naturally move toward wholeness.~
It’s an honor to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and step into a life that feels grounded, authentic, and spiritually aligned.
I am "the LemonAID maker", a trauma informed LCSW clinically trained and motivated with a passionate talent to help you, "just breathe!"
Sowing seeds of transformation through evidence-based practice, empowerment, education and enlightenment in a safe productive space. Through consistent, targeted and active listening we peel back, layer by layer to discover what’s truly holding you back from being able to "just be heard and understood", communicate and build positive relationships. Through a unique integrated therapy of evidence- based practices, you are quietly introduced to a new way of looking at your situation and develop practical skills, behaviors and active solutions to address negative feelings of offense, inferiority, anger, hurt, depression, etc in order to reframe and navigate traumas destructive hold in your life so you can be excited about your ability to LIVE your BEST life and get through past traumas and hurts that have been holding you down to help you soar.
Even strong, successful couples can struggle behind closed doors. Stress, busy schedules, communication breakdowns, unresolved hurt, intimacy challenges, parenting demands, and career pressures can slowly create distance in a relationship that once felt effortless.
I work with couples who want more than just fewer arguments — they want to feel connected, understood, desired, and supported again. Together, we work to improve communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional and physical intimacy, and create healthier ways of navigating conflict and partnership.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified Sex Therapist with 17 years of experience, I help couples strengthen both their relationship and their connection so they can build a marriage that feels secure, passionate, and sustainable long-term.

Hi there! My name is Shante and I‘m happy you're here.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker originally from the Bay Area and have resided in Las Vegas for 10+ years.
My background includes working in trauma-informed care, community mental health, and with Veterans experiencing complex life challenges. These experiences have deepened my belief that healing happens best in spaces where people feel seen, respected, and safe enough to be honest. I strive to create a therapy space that feels grounded, collaborative, and human, while providing a supportive space for women navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
My approach is rooted in CBT and mindfulness-informed practices, helping clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building healthier coping tools and greater self-awareness. Outside of therapy, I enjoy pottery, mindfulness practices, and finding small ways to slow down and stay present throughout the day. I believe healing often happens in the little moments where we learn to reconnect with ourselves with more compassion and intention.

Sometimes it feels like the actual apocalypse is just around the corner. We are bombarded with terrible headline after terrible headline. Inflation is making it harder to pay the bills, let alone have fun, or reach our dreams. With so much going on in the world, it’s no wonder that there are greater rates of anxiety and depression! In the midst of it all, you might be trying to figure out who you are, what you want from life, how to have that honest conversation with your friend, setting boundaries with a parent, whether to switch jobs, learning to be more comfortable in your skin, etc. It’s a lot to manage. I can help.
I am a licensed psychologist and consider myself a generalist with a wide variety of clinical interests including issues related to family of origin, self esteem, identity development, issues related to oppression and marginalized identities, depression, anxiety, stress, and interpersonal relationships.

Hello, I'm Tracey.
"Relationships often die not because of conversations that were had but rather conversations that were never had," (Lysa Terkeurst).
Communication is the #1 most reported reason for couples to enter therapy. It is the "appropriate" way of saying, "he doesn't listen to me," and "all she wants to do is talk and talk, {nag}" or giving each other what I refer to as the "non-verbal abuse" {silent treatment}. It means I don't know my partner, or we can't talk without fighting. Yet almost every couple starts off communicating at some level. I mean, come on--you and your partner would not be a couple if the first date involved playing the "Staring contest" where the first one to blink loses.
What we fail to recognize is that Communication is a form of Intimacy. And all other forms on intimacy hinge on protecting the communicative intimacy. So, what is that and how do I get some before we leave each other?
Communicative intimacy refers to the deep emotional and relational closeness that develops through communication, where individuals feel understood, valued, and connected on a personal level. It is both a feeling and a process shaped by how people interact, listen, and respond to each other. It involves an aligned commitment to taking care of it and protecting it. So, time's a wasting and you both are out of options. You both need to commit to starting this before you commit to ending.

I have 20 years of experience working with adults and adolescents from all walks of life. My expertise is in substance abuse, depression, relationships, family concerns, trauma and PTSD. I know sometimes people go through difficult times. They think something’s wrong with them because they have problems. Nothing could be further from the truth. Having difficulties is part of the human experience. Many people pretend they’re okay when they’re not. They keep all their pain and suffering to themselves. They’re afraid if they tell the truth, they’ll be abandoned and rejected. Therapy can open the door for you to stop pretending you’re “fine.” You can find the freedom to be you. Therapy can help you to come out of isolation and start living again. You'll start to feel better because you're showing the real you and you're connecting with someone. Your therapist can be a “loving witness to your pain.”
For the past 20 years, I have worked with families, couples, adults, and adolescents. Using cognitive-behavioral theory with narrative techniques, I help empower clients to explore areas within their lives that present challenges and inhibit change, and assist them with finding solutions that will work for them. However, I also believe that the therapeutic relationship is a vital component within any program, which means that I believe that any work needs to be collaborative between myself and my clients. I am certified to deliver trauma-focused treatments as well as providing services to help manage stress and anxiety.
Navigating adulthood is hard. If you are finding yourself overwhelmed with stress and pressure from a life transition, relationships, your job, school, etc. or feel lost in figuring out who you are or who you want to be, I'm here to help. I will meet you where you are in your journey of adolescence, young adulthood and beyond and provide support and tools to cope with challenges, improve relationships, reframe your thoughts, and practice consistent self-care.
Hello, my name is Dr. Chamberlain and I'm a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Illinois. I earned my doctorate of clinical psychology in 2010 from Pacific University School of Graduate Psychology in Portland, Oregon. Prior to re-entering the field as a therapist and neuropsychological evaluator in 2021, I had a career in international corporate mental health benefits. In that role, I oversaw clinical service delivery at various organizations across the globe. I currently split my time between , conducting neuropsychological assessment and testing, and providing individual therapy to adults.
I view therapy as a way to get in touch with your inner voice and intuition, which can guide you to answers. I am inspired daily through my work with people as they journey toward improving their lives. My goal is to create a safe space where your story will be heard with the utmost compassion. I'm your committed listener, both for where you've been and where you'd like to go. Through years of experience in various mental health treatment environments, I have developed great respect for what it takes to begin—and continue—seeking a path of wellness.
Do you feel stuck in a pattern that is negatively impacting your overall wellness?
Just as important as the "why" is the "what" aspect of the mind. What we think, what we feel and what we believe are all intertwined with our behavior. Exploring the thoughts and beliefs that underpin certain actions can lead to profound self-awareness and personal growth. In my interactions with clients, I have witnessed the transformative power of uncovering and challenging deep-seated beliefs that no longer serve them.
While patterns and commonalities may emerge among individuals, it is crucial to remember that each person's mind is a unique landscape. What works for one may not work for another, and it is my duty as a clinician to adapt the plan of care accordingly. As a therapist and health coach, I incorporate a holistic (mind/body) approach.
With nearly 20 years of experience, I help individuals and couples navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity, and life transitions. I have a special interest in supporting LGBTQ+ clients and creating an affirming space where you can show up authentically. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for change, we’ll work together to better understand what’s holding you back, strengthen your relationships, and help you move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
In my experience as a counselor, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals in various settings. I have worked with children and adults in the community, residential, hospital, and educational settings. In each environment I have witnessed the marvel of human potential firsthand. As a clinician I approach people and the work that I do from the belief that people have the innate ability to grow and heal on their own. My personal life experience and my practice have fostered this belief, recognizing that the process may require or be made more manageable with some assistance or a guide, in the form of counseling.
Through my experiences I have witnessed the benefits of the human components that aid in the healing process of psychological symptoms that create difficulty in moving toward fulfillment and full integration of the human experience in the lives of many. The therapeutic relationship, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard are components that for me represent the core of therapy. These components create an experience in which someone can safely explore themselves, their experiences, the world around them, and identify solutions to ailments and the "true self" that is often altered by the world around us.
I believe that meaningful change starts with clarity, insight, and a plan. I help people navigate trauma, substance use, life transitions, and identity shifts with a calm, focused approach. I bring a strategic mindset to therapy—always looking beneath the surface to understand patterns, build structure, and support long-term growth. Whether you're processing deep emotional wounds or trying to make sense of a major life change, I offer a space that’s thoughtful, nonjudgmental, and grounded in evidence-based care.

Taking the first step toward therapy is not always easy, so give yourself some credit for being here. Let's work together to help you build the life you deserve!

I strive to offer a warm, empathetic space where you feel heard, supported, and understood, and definitely not judged.
Life can be overwhelming, messy, and genuinely hard sometimes—and that’s completely okay. However, that doesn't mean it has to remain that way. For nearly a decade, I’ve supported adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and relationship struggles, helping them feel more grounded, confident, and connected in their lives.
While working together, we’ll slow things down to truly understand what you’re going through, explore what matters most to you, and discover practical, realistic ways to move forward. I'm not here to tell you what to do, but to work with you by listening, offering options, and supporting you as you work through challenges and build a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and true to who you are.
I bring warmth, compassion, and even some humor into the process, because healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.

My name is Wendy Ortiz. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish. As a Relational and EMDR Therapist with over eight years of experience, I enjoy helping folks by providing a safe and non judgmental space. I am a social worker with 25 years of experience supporting clients across the lifespan — from infants and their caregivers to older adults navigating later‑life challenges. My work is grounded in the belief that our thoughts are powerful drivers of our emotions and behaviors. When we learn to understand and reshape those thoughts, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
Using Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), I help clients harness the power of their thinking to influence how they feel and act in everyday situations. Many people have been taught to “just change their behavior,” and when that doesn’t work, they blame themselves. I guide clients toward a different approach — one that starts with the mind, not with willpower.
In our sessions, I use analogies, real‑life examples, and practical tools that clients can immediately apply. My goal is for every session to end with one new tool for their toolbox, something concrete they can practice between sessions. And while the work is meaningful, I believe it can also be engaging — even fun — as clients begin to see themselves and the world through a new, more empowering lens.

Hello! So glad you are here! Do you get into relationships hoping that this time things will be different? Do you feel overwhelmed and have a hard time recognizing your dreams and goals? Would you like a more kind and loving relationship with yourself and the ability to extend that to others in your life? I love helping people who are ready to identify patterns that hold them back from happiness and fulfillment in both relationships and other areas of life.
My name is Lisa, and I provide therapy for both addictions and mental health issues. While I have treated those with active addiction for many years, I also treat behavior patterns stemming from addictions and family dysfunction. Although these patterns started out helping us survive challenging situations, they can keep us stuck. Many therapy seekers have found that these patterns can impact their ability to recognize their needs, dreams and to create and sustain both platonic and romantic relationships.
I have a Master of Education degree in Counselor Education from Southern Illinois University specializing in Substance Abuse. From substance abuse counseling, I have expanded my areas of specialties to include family and relationship dynamics and how to heal "survival skills" that have evolved into self-defeating life patterns.
Welcome! Therapy is an invitation for healing and change, so congratulate yourself for taking this step toward transformation in your life. My name is Bridget, founder of Mind Move Therapy, where I provide psychotherapy, somatic movement therapy, and physical health coaching.
I approach therapy from a holistic perspective—integrating emotional, physical, and cognitive aspects of well-being. I specialize in somatics, emphasizing that the body holds emotions, trauma responses, and stress, so healing involves working with the body as well as the mind.
Clients often report meaningful progress in therapy with me. You can overcome symptoms of trauma and stress, heal from the past, and move toward a happier, more meaningful life.
I specialize in treating various traumas, including childhood trauma, abuse, loss, and PTSD. I specialize in the treatment of stress, anxiety and depression. I work with clients with Borderline Personality tendencies or those impacted by BPD. I work with clients with Body Dysmorphic Disorder and other somatic issues. I support clients with addiction issues.
Every client walks a unique path and deserves to be listened to and understood in an empathetic way. I create a safe, therapeutic environment where clients have the opportunity to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors in which to gain insight, experience shifts in emotional states and find a renewed sense of mental and physical well-being.

I am a client centered therapist/psychologist with 13+ years of experience working with couples and individuals age 18 and older. My schedule is generally Monday through Thursday from 9-5 PT and Friday from 9-3 PT. You can expect me to be empathic and understanding of your concerns, without judgment. I won't be telling you how to live your life or giving you advice you haven't asked for. If you want advice, please don't hesitate to ask. I will do my best. Together we can help find new ways of understanding yourself (self-empathy) and discover/change how you are looking at the world around you. We can work to relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety. My goal is to eventually have you be able to better handle feelings and emotions and live a happier more fulfilled life without me being there to help. What are your goals? What would you like to work on with me?
For the past decade, I have been diligently offering counseling services to individuals seeking transformative life changes or simply seeking solace in processing their emotions and thoughts. My focus has been on guiding clients toward personal growth and emotional well-being through compassionate and insightful support.
I was drawn to a career as a therapist by a deep-rooted desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. Witnessing the immense potential for personal growth and healing that can be achieved through therapy, I felt a strong calling to be a facilitator of that transformative process. The opportunity to provide support, guidance, and empowerment to individuals facing challenges and seeking to improve their well-being is what truly drives me. Seeing clients overcome obstacles, gain insight, and experience positive change reinforces my passion and commitment to this meaningful work.
I have a unique and creative way of utilizing different therapeutic tools to match my client’s needs and individual issues. My focus is to create a trusting and safe environment to enable my clients to explore their deepest feelings and thoughts. I rely on an empathetic and motivational approach, as well as on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and utilizing EMDR treatment.
I provide a collaborative and supportive space for individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, interpersonal difficulties, marriage conflicts, stress, depression, and anxiety. My goal is to ensure that every client feels heard, validated, and—when appropriate—gently challenged in a safe and respectful environment.
