I am an Afro-Dominican psychospiritual clinician. I received a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Monroe College, M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercy College and I was awarded a certificate in Ayurvedic Health Counseling from Kerala Ayurveda Academy.
As a trained integrative therapist, I believe in treating the whole person by addressing mental, physical and spiritual imbalances. I combine traditional healing practices with modern evidence-based techniques, customizing each session to meet the unique needs of clients.
My practice assists Black clients across North America who are impacted by a range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, and depression through a racially-sensitive treatment approach. We also work with individual clients seeking to improve their self-concept by understanding and processing the impact of historical and generational racial trauma on their relationships with themselves, their families, their friends, and their partners. I am a therapist who strives to fully understand my clients and their needs to create an optimized approach to meet their goals. I specialize in working primarily with individual adult clients to help them deal with issues such as infidelity, communication, stress management, anger management, relationship building, sexuality, etc. At Yolo Therapy, our ultimate goal is the well-being of our clients. For various reasons, many clients are unable to access traditional therapy settings but I do not believe that should prevent them from receiving exceptional services. I have catered my practice to the needs of those who need alternative options to therapy and am here to help you.

Hello and Welcome! I am an LCSW serving clients in Georgia. I received my Masters of Clinical Social Work from the University of Georgia and have been in the private practice setting for 10 years. I am non-judgmental and laid back with a good sense of humor, but also action oriented. I use a holistic approach to mental health and wellness since mind and body are intertwined.
I have a heart for working with people as they find their way through difficult life transitions such as relationship challenges, work stressors, health issues, etc. When these core aspects of our lives change, we can feel confused, anxious, depressed, and unsure of our roles and identities. We grieve what we have lost and are uncertain of what lies ahead. Filtering out the noise of the outside world and listening to one's inner self helps you stay centered so you can make choices that align with your core values.
As a certified EMDR therapist, I help people process trauma so they can stop feeling stuck and can move forward in their lives. I also use depth (Jungian) psychology to help people explore their inner worlds to reveal hidden fears, beliefs, shadow parts, dreams and creative impulses that lie under the surface of our conscious awareness. When brought to the light of consciousness, they can enrich our lives with insights and revelations that can help us realign with our core Self.
I love working with those from minority groups who may not identify with the larger culture or fit into society’s categories, and are struggling with issues concerning identity, belonging, self-worth, cultural expectations and finding a sense of self in this complex and changing world. Therapy can help us find clarity and stability through change as we focus on what really matters.

I’m a compassionate, approachable counselor who provides a safe, judgment-free space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported. I work collaboratively with each client to navigate life transitions, stress, anxiety, relationships, self-doubt, and emotional challenges while developing practical tools that fit their unique needs. I am here because I want to help. I consider both my personal and professional life experience as invaluable in working with others. I believe people are "hard-wired" to live with authenticity and become the best version of themselves and I would enjoy helping you with that process. I have deep compassion for the human condition and it fuels my desire to help. Helping others let go of what interferes with life satisfaction, helping their authentic self thrive and live their best life is rewarding. I do not see people as broken, rather as being heroic in navigating life challenges with sometimes inadequate skills and patterns that arose out of their unique personal life story. I embrace the concept that we are on earth to have an opportunity to enjoy the incredible experiences life can offer and we are also capable of finding ways to reduce or eliminate suffering. By the grace of our creator I have been provided with life and experience to be able to offer my services. I look forward to supporting you with gentle guidance, increased confidence and heart in your journey forward. I would be grateful and honored to work with you.

Life can be overwhelming, messy, and genuinely hard sometimes—and that’s completely okay. However, that doesn't mean it has to remain that way. For nearly a decade, I’ve supported adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and relationship struggles, helping them feel more grounded, confident, and connected in their lives.
While working together, we’ll slow things down to truly understand what you’re going through, explore what matters most to you, and discover practical, realistic ways to move forward. I'm not here to tell you what to do, but to work with you by listening, offering options, and supporting you as you work through challenges and build a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and true to who you are.
I bring warmth, compassion, and even some humor into the process, because healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.
Before you go any further and read anything else, I want you to give yourself a pat on the back for making it here! Whether you got here on your own or with someone’s help, consider it progress because you cared enough to try.
You are probably here because you realized that it is time for things to change. As your therapist I am not here to fix it. I hold a Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and maintain specialized licenses in trauma, addiction, and vocational counseling. Over the years, I’ve worked in inpatient, outpatient, and state agency settings, providing care for children, adolescents, and adults. These experiences gave me the opportunity to treat a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, self-esteem struggles, substance use, and career transitions. I have also supported individuals on the autism spectrum in building social and behavioral skills to thrive in both employment and relationships.
While I have worked with diverse populations, my passion lies in supporting women—particularly those navigating trauma, mood dysregulation, and life changes. I am licensed to practice in Georgia and Texas. I integrate my background in both biology and counseling to take a holistic approach to care. By weaving together somatic practices with evidence-based therapies, I help clients address how trauma and stress impact the body as well as the mind.
In our work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and respect. My role is to walk alongside you, providing tools and insight to help you move forward while creating a safe environment for growth. My name is Adeyemi Green. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have spent the early part of my career working with at risk youth involved in the Juvenile Justice System. I currently work with clients who are struggling with anxiety and depression and need support in addressing triggers and creating new approaches to dealing with the daily stressors of life. I believe that everyone has the potential to counter their anxiety and create resilience in their lives.
As a therapist, I enjoy helping people to explore and develop their strengths while improving their beliefs and feelings about themselves. I help clients explore and challenge the negative thoughts they have about themselves. I also work with clients to identify the origin of those thoughts and move past allowing those memories and circumstances to control their perceptions of themselves.
Hi, I'm Marina! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I have a special interest in exploring how our childhood experiences shape the way we connect with others today and how mental health can influence the different versions of ourselves we show at work, with our families, and in our relationships.
My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, feel accepted, and explore who you are without judgment. I believe therapy doesn't have to be serious every second—we can acknowledge the weight of life's hardest moments while also making room for humor, self-compassion, and perspective. Together, we'll work on building healthy boundaries, improving communication, challenging unhelpful patterns, and developing greater self-acceptance so you can show up as the version of yourself that feels most authentic.
Outside of the therapy room, you'll usually find me with a good book, at the gym, watching Grey's Anatomy, or spending time with my two sweet nieces, who keep life fun and full of perspective.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and grief-informed care, to support clients in understanding their emotions, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful change. My style is collaborative, empowering, and centered on building healthier patterns that promote emotional well-being, connection, and resilience. Whether you're working through relationship concerns, stress, grief, or personal growth, I provide a safe, supportive space to help you heal and move forward.
Relationships can become painful when communication breaks down, conflict repeats, trust feels fragile, or emotional distance grows. I help couples and individuals work through marriage issues, relationship stress, repeated arguments, emotional triggers, intimacy concerns, attachment wounds, infidelity, betrayal, and broken trust. Whether you are feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, you do not have to face it alone. My approach is compassionate, practical, trauma-informed, and faith-sensitive when desired. I also support clients facing anxiety, trauma, pornography addiction, and relational stress.
For couples impacted by an affair, emotional betrayal, secrecy, pornography, or repeated breaches of trust, healing can feel overwhelming. I help clients process the pain of betrayal, understand the patterns that led to disconnection, rebuild emotional safety, improve communication, and take practical steps toward trust, forgiveness, and restoration when both partners are willing.
Whether you are feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, unsure how to move forward, or trying to decide if the relationship can heal, you do not have to face it alone. My approach is compassionate, practical, trauma-informed, and faith-sensitive when desired. I also support clients facing anxiety, trauma, pornography addiction, and relational stress. Call for free 15 minute consultation
I know how easy it is to become the person everyone depends on while quietly carrying stress, pressure, anxiety, or emotional pain underneath the surface. Many of the clients I work with are high functioning professionals, caregivers, parents, and leaders who are used to pushing through life while putting their own emotional needs on the back burner. Over time, that emotional weight can start showing up in relationships, work, sleep, mood, self esteem, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.
My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you no longer feel like you have to hold everything together alone.
I specialize in EMDR therapy and work with adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, grounded, and direct. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation with someone who is present, engaged, and genuinely invested in helping you heal and grow.
Together, we will explore not only what is happening in the present, but also how past experiences may still be shaping the way you think, feel, react, and connect with others today. EMDR can help reduce the emotional intensity connected to painful experiences so you can move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and peace.
With over 16 years of experience in mental health and substance use recovery, I am passionate about helping people move out of survival mode and feel more emotionally connected, balanced, and like themselves again.
I provide virtual therapy to clients in Georgia, Florida, and Virginia.
Life today moves fast, and it’s easy to feel like you can’t quite keep up. If the strategies that once helped you aren’t working anymore or if you simply don’t know where to begin, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to explore your challenges and work toward the goals that matter most to you.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I would like to work with you to achieve your goals. I have a passion for working with clients experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, complex trauma, career/life transitions, PTSD, and depression.

I specialize in holding space for the deep-thinkers and cycle-breakers, the individuals who have spent a lifetime looking inward and dismantling generational patterns, yet still feel the friction of a world demanding 'more' at the expense of 'being.'
My approach combines a lifelong passion for psychology and therapeutic processes with a multicultural, spiritually grounded worldview. As a mother, a doctoral candidate, and a business owner, I don't just teach boundaries; I live them. I am a 'Keturah-sized' bridge in the wellness gap for those who have cycled through therapists searching for a peer who truly sees them. Together, we intentionally move past the '15 tasks by yesterday' mentality and into a strategic, soul-deep architecture of rest, healing, and expansion.

My own life journey has deeply influenced the way I show up as a therapist. Having personally navigated challenges with self-esteem, depression, and the pain of divorce, I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to rebuild when life doesn’t go as planned. These experiences have given me a deep sense of empathy and a genuine desire to walk alongside others as they work through their own struggles.
In my practice, I provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can process their emotions, rediscover their strengths, and learn practical tools for healing and growth. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and, when appropriate, Christian counseling principles to help individuals and couples find hope, balance, and renewed purpose. My goal is to help clients see that—even in life’s most difficult seasons—healing and transformation are possible.
Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming. My approach is open and non-judgmental, giving you space to process and learn about yourself. Self awareness is the foundation of our work together. Emotional regulation will always be the first building block in gaining awareness towards self . I commend you for taking this step toward a better quality of life. Together, we'll process dynamics, experiences, and relationships and their effect on you today. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where your thoughts and emotions are honored with compassion. I'm warm, clear, and honest—balancing empathy with gentle challenge. I listen closely, reflect patterns, and offer practical tools to help you reconnect with your wisdom.
Hey y’all—I’m glad you’re here. I know reaching out for support can feel intimidating, and I’m honored you’re taking this step. I’ve been practicing as a therapist in the Metro Atlanta area since 2018 and have had the opportunity to work with individuals and couples across a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and life experiences. People come to therapy for many different reasons, and there’s no “right” or “wrong” place to start. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, offering a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can sit with both the comfortable and uncomfortable moments together.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and fits your unique needs, drawing from CBT, narrative therapy, solution-focused, strengths-based, and family systems frameworks. Common areas I support clients with include anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ concerns, childhood and current trauma, grief, mood and personality disorders, relationship challenges, and more.
If you have questions about anything you see here—or something you don’t—please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d be happy to connect.
Hi my name is Alicia VanBeverhoudt, and I am a licensed clinical social worker with a background in providing therapy with individuals and groups. I received my clinical license in 2016 in the state of Georgia, and have since provided outpatient therapy, Telehealth (online) therapy, and extensive group therapy services. My professional experience includes working with diverse populations across a range of mental health needs in both individual and group settings. After earning my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Temple University, I completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Widener University, followed by a post-master's training program for therapists at Drexel University. This educational foundation, combined with years of clinical practice, informs my compassionate, evidenced-based approach to care.
Dr. Gadson is a Bilingual “Spanish and English” African American/Black Psychological Therapist with a Doctorate Degree. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds with different behavioral needs. With an in-depth understanding of psychological disorders, treatment techniques, diagnosis, interventions, and referrals. This includes assessing and psychological testing with multiple disciplinary teams in Primary Care, Integrated Care, and mental health settings.
I love helping Women thrive in Truth! I am a working Mom and Wife and I've found that having a foundation of truth is fueling. I'm grateful that I get to share truth with you through evidenced-based cognitive behavioral therapy grounded in objectivity. Tackling automatic negative thoughts, reconstructing thought distortions, repairing relationships, living more meaningfully- even in the trenches- truth gets us here! I'm so excited that you're considering therapy and I'm confident that I can help.
I support adolescents/adults navigating mood disorders, C/PTSD, life transitions, neurodivergence, and existential concerns. Many of my clients come in carrying the weight of relationships that shaped them before they had words for what was happening: attachment trauma, parentification, enmeshment, conditional love, chronic invalidation. They're often called too sensitive, too dramatic, or too much. My clients want a therapist that sees the whole person, not just a diagnostic label. They know what it’s like to feel unseen, talked over, or handed a worksheet when they needed something deeper.
A skilled clinician and diagnostician with 19+ years of experience, I integrate trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies within a relational/psychodynamic framework — building treatment around the individual, not a protocol. I offer a reprieve from the particular exhaustion of living authentically in places and systems that are not always affirming.
I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with my Masters in Social Work in 2011. Since then, I've primarily focused on working with individuals struggling with anxiety and traumas. My trainings include Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy. I also have my 200 hour Certification in Yoga, which I believe adds another level of body awareness and somatic work.
Do you feel bogged down by events/experiences/memories that occurred in the past, that you thought you had "dealt with" but somehow continue to show up? I am passionate about helping clients learn more about how those earlier experiences impact their world-view today about themselves and others. To do this effectively, I use a combination of cognitive and body- based theories, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I'm a Hispanic, cisgender woman with lots of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, generational trauma, domestic violence, career changes, life transitions, relationship issues, religious trauma. I describe the therapeutic relationship as if I'm on the passenger seat helping you maneuver this road in life.

Hi, I'm Ashley, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Reiki II practitioner. I believe that somewhere underneath the anxiety, the self-doubt, and the patterns that keep repeating, there is a version of you that already knows the way. My job isn't to fix you. It's to create a space steady enough that you can actually hear yourself. Together we get curious about the thoughts that won't quiet down, the emotions that feel bigger than the moment, the behaviors that keep showing up even when you don't want them to, and what all of it is actually trying to tell you. I utilize a holistic approach, bringing tools into our work that help you understand what's happening in your mind and body when you're overwhelmed, so you can actually do something about it instead of just surviving it. But more than any method or modality, I show up as a real person walking alongside you, trusting that you are the expert on your own life. If you're ready to listen to that wiser part of yourself and create meaningful change, I'd be honored to walk with you.
Welcome! I am Aubrey G. Ashford, Jr., a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) and Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS) with over 20 years of experience working with adults, children, and families. I also focus on helping clients to gain a better sense of awareness and how that could be used to navigate their daily challenges.

It can be hard to see sometimes, but you have what it takes to make powerful changes, to create your own pathway to health and well-being. Whether it is anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment to change, relationship problems, or other issues, we can work toward resolution and a greater sense of peace.

I am licensed in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida and my counseling practice is entirely online (video and phone). My hours are Monday through Friday, with first appointments starting at 9 AM and last appointments at 5 PM. I use the first session to get to know you better, and from there we can address your issues together.
Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or like you’re constantly pushing through stress without actually feeling better?
Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside, but internally dealing with anxiety, burnout, or patterns that keep repeating in their lives or relationships.
I provide a supportive but structured space where we focus on understanding what’s driving these challenges and building practical tools to help you feel more in control.
My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, so you leave sessions with strategies you can apply in your day-to-day life—not just something to think about.
If you’re ready to move forward and start making real changes, I’m here to help.

With over 25 years of experience spanning youth, adults, and correctional settings, I bring a grounded compassionate approach to healing drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alongside DBT and Rogerian practices to help clients navigate, depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief, just to name a few, because I genuinely enjoy helping people and being there for them in their time of need.
As a therapist, I don’t offer a one-size-fits-all approach. I sit at a rare and powerful intersection of neuroscience, practical behavioral strategy, and deep, soul-level healing.
Here is who I am as a clinician:
1. I Bridge Logic and Depth
I possess the unique ability to bridge the gap between the logical, analytical mind and the emotional, intuitive self.
Through CBT, I am practical, structured, and evidence-based. I help you map out your mental loops and provide immediate, actionable tools for your daily life.
Through IFS, I pivot into a compassionate, non-pathologizing depth worker. I don't view you as "broken" or needing to be fixed; instead, I see you as a system of protective parts that deserve to be understood, healed, and unburdened.
2. I Provide Specialized, Biological Relief
My specialization in CBT-I means I deeply understand how the mind and body are connected. I don't just talk about stress abstractly—I actively solve the physiological crises, like chronic insomnia, that stress creates. This allows me to deliver tangible, measurable relief to your biological baseline so you actually have the physical energy to do the deeper emotional work.
3. I am Efficient, Collaborative, and Transformative
I am not interested in passive, aimless "venting sessions" that drag on for years without progress. My approach is active and modern. I act as a grounded guide to help you catch and rewire your immediate habits while simultaneously healing the deep-seated root vulnerabilities that drove those habits in the first place.
My Clinical Vibe
I provide a premium, sophisticated space where science meets profound self-discovery. To my clients, I am a warm, deeply empathetic anchor who can hold space for your most vulnerable inner world, while remaining sharp and structured enough to keep you moving forward toward a true internal reset.

My name is Oronde Yero, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma — experiences that can feel overwhelming, isolating, or hard to put into words.

Hi, I’m Kaylee—and I help overwhelmed individuals find clarity, break limiting patterns, and build the confidence to create meaningful, lasting change. With my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, I specialize in transforming your biggest challenges into your greatest strengths. My passion is guiding clients from feeling stuck to feeling empowered and equipped for whatever life brings.
I’m a licensed therapist who specializes in working with neurodivergent adolescents, young adults, and their families. My approach is strengths-based, real, and rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity to grow when given the right tools and support. I blend traditional methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with more creative, culturally relevant approaches—including therapeutic boxing, mindfulness, music, and gaming—to help clients connect, regulate, and thrive.
My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to be your full self. Whether we’re unpacking anxiety, building emotional regulation skills, or navigating the challenges of ADHD, autism, or executive functioning struggles, we’ll work together to find strategies that actually make sense for your life. I believe therapy should be collaborative, nonjudgmental, and adaptable—and I meet you where you are.
I also offer mobile and outdoor sessions, recognizing that healing doesn’t always happen in a traditional office. From one-on-one sessions to group-based programs, I’m here to support your journey toward self-awareness, confidence, and personal elevation. If you’re ready to do the work and want someone who truly understands the hustle and heart it takes to grow, I’m here for it. Let’s elevate your genius together.

Licensed Psychotherapist | Culturally Sensitive | Trauma-Informed
Welcome, I’m Nubia.
Healing doesn’t happen overnight — but with the right support, it absolutely happens. Whether you're working through trauma, betrayal, anxiety, divorce, or simply feeling emotionally stuck, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, strength, and care.
I work with adults navigating life transitions, stress, or emotional wounds that have been hard to process alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure of how to break free from patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we explore the deeper “why” behind those patterns — and create space for healing, resilience, and growth.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). These methods help us understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected — and how to gently shift the beliefs that keep you feeling stuck. But beyond technique, I lead with authenticity, compassion, and cultural awareness.
In our sessions, you’ll find a space that feels safe, honest, and judgment-free. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning to it, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Clients often tell me they feel more centered, more empowered, and more hopeful after working together. I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and virtual sessions, because healing should fit into real life.
If you’re ready to begin your journey — whether you’re clear on your goals or still figuring them out — I’d be honored to support you.
Let’s take the first step, together.
Warmly,
Nubia Anacius , MS,NBCC,LPC

Hello, I'm Dr. Ellinor Burke and I'm a psychologist licensed in the state of Georgia. I've been in practice for more than 20 years and I've struggled with some of the same issues many of you do. I have developed effective treatments for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder because I have dealt with this disorder myself. If you're looking for an effective treatment I have one. Many of us are worriers and have anxiety related to this. Anxiety can have a draining effect on your life but it is treatable. .I use cognitive and behavioral therapy combined with supportive therapy to help you get to that positive place in your life. If you're dealing with depression I'm also here to help by looking at how your thoughts feelings and behaviors influence each other and how we can work together to deal with these issues. I see patients with varying issues and from many age groups. All in all a diverse population.
I was a school psychologist for more than ten years and I do educational assessments as well as therapy for adolescents. I find teenagers are some of the most challenging and rewarding to work with.
My work is very emotionally rewarding which is why I've been in practice for so many years. I'm now considering expanding my practice to a hybrid practice which will include seeing clients both remotely and in my office. Therapy begins with me getting to know you and for you to feel comfortable with me. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment because therapy works when we have a positive connection which I hope we will have.

Feeling disconnected from yourself or the life you’re living? I support clients seeking deeper self-understanding and liberation from patterns and identities that no longer serve them. In a compassionate, collaborative, and affirming space, we explore healing and empower you to create a life that feels aligned, authentic, intentional, and alive.
I prioritize communication that is open and self-expressive. I listen deeply, reflect what I hear, and offer feedback that supports insight and growth. This is a space where you don’t have to filter yourself, your voice and lived experience are welcome.
What matters most to you shapes our work. Together, we define your aspirations and translate them into meaningful, tangible change. Our focus is on integrating growth into your daily life so that transformation is not just understood, but embodied.
You may notice that some sessions are held off video or in a hybrid format. This is an intentional part of how I practice. As a neurodivergent clinician, not always being on video allows me to be more fully present, attuned, and grounded in the work. Many clients find this creates a more comfortable space to show up openly and authentically.
That said, I aim to meet clients where they are, and we can always discuss what session format feels most supportive for you.
My professional background includes 13 years of work experience, during which I have licenses in both Georgia and Mississippi. I am skilled in helping individuals with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. I collaborate with my clients to cultivate a supportive and non-judgmental space, facilitating the sharing of thoughts and emotions with no fear. It takes great courage to take the initial step towards achieving a life that is both more fulfilling and happier. My purpose is to offer you support as you navigate through this process.
