I also need to let you know that I am more interested in finding out why a certain behavior is occurring than I am in demonizing you for exhibiting the behavior.
I have worked with a diverse populations and I have learned that therapy has to be personal if it is to be effective. I am committed to working with you in finding what modality works with your personality and focus on your strength in dealing with the situation that brought you to us.
Welcome! ¡Bienvenido!
My name is Silvia and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California. My mission is to create a positive, supportive space where you feel truly empowered. Therapy should feel like a meaningful conversation—one that helps you breathe a little easier and feel a little lighter each time we meet. Through a humanistic approach, I focus on making our time together feel valuable, collaborative, and deeply meaningful.
I have been practicing in the field for over a decade. I have specialized training in trauma, addictions, relationship enhancement, marital and premarital. I work with adults, and couples. I have a heart for seeing relationships thrive. I believe Love is Enough. I will walk along side you through transitions, hurt, pain, and making sense of the present and complex situations.
Hey you! I am Cierra and it would be my honor to collaborate with you on a journey that we all share called...LIFE. But before you do me the honor of working alongside you, let me introduce myself. I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) located in sunny California. I earned my master's from Point Loma Nazarene University and have successfully navigated the mental health field for 5 years and counting. That may not seem like a seasoned professional to some, but prior to that I served in the Navy for 20 years and counting as well. With that I find that the population I serve best are youth, teens, and young adults that experience challenges such as anxiety, depression, stressors from relationships and intense emotions and everything else in between. Our time together will be spent curating authentic strategies that brings you to your highest potential.
I’m Amanda Stoner, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California, providing telehealth services to clients in California, Nevada, and Idaho. I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, low motivation, self-esteem concerns, and executive functioning difficulties.
In addition to individual concerns, I support clients who are going through relationship transitions, separation, divorce, and co-parenting challenges. I also have extensive experience helping families navigate school systems, including IEP and 504 plans, and can assist parents in advocating for the academic and emotional support their children need.
My background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and School Counseling. This training allows me to look at both the individual and the systems around them, helping clients better understand patterns, build practical skills, and move toward meaningful change.
I’m especially passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate identity development, life transitions, and the pressures that come with school, relationships, and growing independence.
I maintained a private practice in Ventura, CA for about 35 years as a marriage and family therapist and i worked with children, teenagers, adults and couples. About 8 years ago my wife and i moved to Oakland, Ca to be closer to our adult children and our two granddaughters. For the past five years i have volunteered at City Team, Oakland which is a residential placement for men with anger and addiction problems, I wrote the book that i am using to teach the men at City Team and i have self published six other books on parenting, marriage and personal issues; a couple of titles are "Dragon Slaying for Parents (and Couples)" , "The Lost Aspect of Love (sympathy)", "Winning at a Losing Game" and "The First Pictorial Self-Help Book for Men Who Do Not Read".
I have conducted hundreds of seminars on parenting, marriage and personal issues.
I obtained a masters degree in Petroleum Engineering at UC Berkeley, and worked for Shell Company for five years; not wanting my epitaph to read that i made 10 billion dollars for an oil company and returned to school to obtain a Masters Degree in Counseling. I was a School Psychologist for a school district for five years then opened up my private practice. This experience has proven to be very valuable in counseling with adults,
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults ages 18 to 65+ navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship stress, and emotional overwhelm. I provide a warm, supportive, culturally sensitive space where you can feel understood and empowered. My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, heal past wounds, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 33 years of experience, specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy. My approach to therapy is rooted in understanding the context in which problems arise and the relationships between the individuals involved. I believe in a "wellness" approach to treatment, which focuses on helping clients tap into their existing strengths and resources. By encouraging self-reflection and growth, my goal is to support clients in creating lasting positive change and fostering healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my license is LCSW #128274. I hold a Master of Social Work and a Doctor of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
I became a therapist because I’ve always wanted to help people through tough times. I saw friends and family struggle with anxiety and loss, and I realized a kind, steady presence can make a difference. So, I studied social work, got my license, and learned tools like cognitive therapy and DBT to support folks with depression, trauma, or stress. Now, I’m here to listen and walk with you, simple as that. I’m looking forward to hearing from you as we go.
My focus is on supporting people through depression, anxiety, trauma, and life’s tough stressors. I’m here to walk alongside you, and I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts as we go.
I might nudge you to notice what’s working, using a strength-based lens, or help you reframe a stuck thought with cognitive tools. If emotions run high, we’ll use DBT to ride the wave, or ACT to find peace with what’s hard. It’s practical yet heartfelt, like we’re building a toolkit together, tailored to you while honoring your pace. You’ll leave feeling a little lighter, a little more hopeful, and never alone in it.
I’m so glad you’re here.
My name is Sierra, and I am a California-based licensed Psychologist with over 10 years of clinical experience supporting adults as they navigate life's challenges. My passion is helping people not only understand themselves more deeply, but also make lasting positive changes.
I take a holistic approach to therapy that supports the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. This often includes strategies such as nervous system education, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), somatic healing, and when helpful, collaboration with integrative providers like nutritionists. I also draw from additional evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy, while paying close attention to how stress or trauma may show up in the body.
In our work together, we’ll create a personalized plan that blends insight, practical tools, and meaningful action. My goal is to provide a space where you feel truly seen and supported, and where therapy becomes not just about coping with challenges, but about moving toward the life you most want to live.
Hi, I’m a licensed therapist with over six years of experience helping individuals with healing and growth. I also address anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and personal growth using evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I am dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and self-discovery. My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and collaboration—I believe in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you at your own pace.
I’m a trauma-informed, client-centered therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting adults and adolescents through anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. My approach combines evidence-based methods with deep compassion, tailoring therapy to your unique needs rather than following a “one size fits all” model. I am also trained to use Attachment Focused EMDR .Together, we’ll create a safe space for you to explore and finally process the tough stuff and move toward feeling more grounded, clear, and in control of your life.
Creating a relationship where you feel truly seen, heard, and safe is at the heart of my work. I believe healing starts with connection and I’m committed to building a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment. Together, we’ll carefully revisit and reprocess the experiences that still carry emotional weight, helping you release and let go of all the anxiety, stress, and baggage that no longer serve you.

Therapy for High-Functioning Adults Navigating ADHD, Trauma, Anxiety, and Relationship Distress
You may appear capable, accomplished, and composed while privately feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unable to quiet your mind. Perhaps you are successful in many areas of life but struggle with anxiety, ADHD-related difficulties, trauma responses, relationship conflict, or a persistent sense that you are not functioning as well as others believe.
I work with high-functioning adults and couples who are insightful and motivated but continue to feel stuck in patterns they cannot simply think their way out of. You may understand why you react the way you do and still find yourself becoming anxious, shutting down, overthinking, procrastinating, losing focus, becoming emotionally flooded, or repeating the same painful relationship dynamics.
Who I Help
I work with adults experiencing:
ADHD, executive-functioning difficulties, procrastination, and emotional overwhelm
Anxiety, perfectionism, overthinking, and chronic self-pressure
PTSD, developmental trauma, and unresolved childhood experiences
Relationship anxiety, attachment wounds, and fear of abandonment
Emotional disconnection, burnout, and difficulty identifying personal needs
Family expectations, cultural pressures, and people-pleasing
Major life, career, or identity transitions
I also work with couples who may care deeply for one another but feel caught in recurring cycles of conflict, defensiveness, withdrawal, resentment, or emotional distance. Couples therapy can help you understand the pattern underneath the argument, communicate more safely, and rebuild trust and emotional connection.

** También hablo español. No dude en comunicarse conmigo si necesita apoyo. Espero poder conversar con usted pronto.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a strong foundation in both community development and clinical practice, allowing me to bring a comprehensive, systems-informed perspective to my work with individuals and professionals. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Community and Regional Development from UC Davis in 2007, where I developed a deep understanding of how environments, systems, and relationships shape overall well-being. I went on to complete my Master’s in Social Work at Sacramento State University in 2010.
My career in social work has provided me with diverse and extensive experience, including supporting individuals through acute psychiatric and medical hospitalizations, working with trauma, navigating complex systems, and serving youth and families involved in foster care. I began my clinical practice in 2019, where I transitioned into providing direct therapy and further developing my therapeutic approach.
Over time, I have expanded my role to include clinical supervision, mentoring and supporting associate clinicians as they grow their skills and professional identity. In my work with clients, I take a practical, collaborative approach, helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, and executive functioning challenges. I am committed to creating a supportive and empowering space where meaningful, sustainable growth can occur, while also contributing to the development of thoughtful, ethical clinicians in the field.
I have been in the psychology field for over 20 years now. I love what I do and helping every client become successful. The relationship between the client(s) and myself is important in achieving the goals we set together. How our past experiences have influenced our current lives is a key issue. I feel that support systems in our daily lives are important to examine. The issues of separation, loss, freedom, dependence and independence are crucial to examine as one leaves home and parental influences. I work with individuals, couples, teens and families.
Every session is different because every client is different, as are their problems. I'll encourage you to talk and explore, in a structured way, your feelings and experiences. Whatever the technique or clinical approach, psychotherapy is not a magical cure, it is a process to help you find the capacity for improvement within yourself.
Psychotherapy aims to help you gain insight into your difficulties or distress and enable you to find more appropriate ways of coping or bring about changes in your thinking and behavior. Psychotherapy involves exploring feelings, beliefs, thoughts and events, sometimes from childhood, in a structured way to help you do it safely.
I have a website that has 16 courses on it for you to do self paced sessions. I also have book I wrote on that website. If you are interested in taking a look, just copy and paste the link into your search bar. Here is the website: https://amber-bersi-mft.mykajabi.com/
Making the decision to start your journey in mental health (or pick it back up) can be one of the scariest and most nerve-wracking things in this world. Bearing your soul and sharing the deepest, darkest, and most vulnerable parts of yourself with a virtual stranger is one of the bravest choices you can make. Are you ready to take that first step? I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) practicing in California for over 7 years. I've worked with children, teens, and adults from all backgrounds and walks of life. The majority of my work has been with individuals experiencing severe mental illness in community mental health. I have worked extensively with individuals and families in crisis to provide a safe and honest space to work through whatever is holding them back from leading the life they want to lead.
I am a trauma-informed, an Emergency Responder and Public Safety Certified Clinician (ERPSCC), Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC), and am trained in TF-CBT. I aim to provide an environment where you are never afraid to share those dark thoughts or memories for fear that it will be "too much" for the therapist on the other end. I also strive to provide culturally-competent treatment for my clients, by attending trainings focusing on the LGBTQ+ community, persons of color, non-traditional relationships, and other communities with their own unique challenges.
I love to find unique ways to build rapport and communication with my clients. Don't know where to start with how you are feeling? Give me a song that describes your week. Struggling with maintaining eye contact over a computer screen? Let's do some coloring to ease you into it. You are unique and your treatment should be too. Are you ready to open the door to healing?
Hello! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I have been practicing for the past 15 years. I am bilingual in Spanish and English and have primarily worked with Latinos and other minorities. I also work with graduate interns who need supervision.
Hello! My name is Leah and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) based in California, I extend a warm greeting to you. My practice is dedicated to to working with young humans and the caregivers who show up for them everyday. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each families's unique needs, helping children and teens feel understood while empowering parents with practical support.
I have been a licensed therapist for over 15 years, licensed in California and Nevada. I understand that reaching out and starting the therapy process can be a little overwhelming in and of itself, so I work to set a pace that is comfortable for my client. If you are ready to dive into the deep end, we will go there. If you need some time to ease into the hard work of therapy, we will go at a pace that feels comfortable. I see myself as a guide in the process of therapy and, at times, more of a teacher, sharing strategies and information. My goal as a therapist is to help you develop the resources and strategies to feel confident in your ability to handle life challenges. Sometimes that involves really getting in touch with the way you think and what you believe, or exploring how you are talking to yourself, or it might involve healing childhood wounds. Since each client is unique I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, I incorporate evidenced based strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and sometimes complimentary therapies such as Guided Imagery. I tend to be eclectic in my approach because each person is an individual, and there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to resolving life issues.
Welcome! I'm Danyelle, affectionately known as Ms. Dee by many of my clients. As a seasoned California-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 17 years of dedicated service, I bring a wealth of experience in from diverse clinical settings. My journey began with a passion for helping others navigate life's challenges, leading me to specialize in areas such as medical social work, foster care, juvenile sex offenders, clinical supervision, and mental health therapy.
Therapy is a collaborative journey. I walk alongside my clients, offering empathy, insight, and evidence-based interventions to promote resilience and well-being. My approach integrates therapeutic modalities, tailored to meet your specific needs and cultural background.
Hello, my name is Chandra Elizabeth Hines and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in California. I specialize in supporting women experiencing infertility and new mothers adjusting to motherhood. With both personal and professional experience, I understand the deep impact these life stages can have on your sense of self, relationships and overall well-being.
I provide a compassionate non-judgemental space where you can explore your feelings, gain insights, and develop skills to navigate the unique challenges you are facing. My approach blends psychodynamic and somatic therapy to help clients explore the deeper emotional patterns impacting their experience while also connecting to the wisdom of their body.
I believe people generally want to be happy, effective, and successful in their lives. Working from a client-centered approach, I aim to display unconditional empathy and genuine support to strengthen the therapeutic relationship and help you on your journey to a more holistic, congruent view of yourself. Effective OCD treatment means challenging yourself to do those things you fear—not just speak about them. With therapy, change is easy to see, but it takes your hard work and dedication to do the opposite of what has been protecting you from stress, anxiety, and fear. Living in an OCD cycle is distressing and time consuming, but often times comfortable; its repetitive and ritualistic nature provides a false sense of safety and control. Effective OCD treatment requires a willingness to abandoned your tried and true (though unhealthy) methods try something new. Together, we can enact the change you’d like to see in your life.

Mr. Briceño is a therapist who values depth, presence, and intentionality in his work. He was drawn to this field through a desire to better understand himself and support his immediate family through difficult experiences, and that curiosity continues to guide how he practices today.
His professional journey has included working with individuals across the lifespan and life circumstances from ages 4-106. This has shaped his respect for resilience and the complexity of human experience. Those experiences reinforced his belief that therapy is most effective when it is grounded in empathy, reflection, and genuine human connection.
He approaches this work thoughtfully and with care. Is intentional about how he shows up with clients, prioritizing presence and understanding over labels or quick solutions. He values honest conversation, self-awareness, and creating spaces for people to explore their experiences in a way that feels grounded and respectful.
At his core, therapy is about understanding—understanding ourselves, our patterns, and what matters most to us. Supporting that process, and witnessing growth that comes from clarity and insight, is what continues to motivate him in this work.
I offer a grounded, practical, and collaborative space to help you heal, grow, and move forward with clarity. If you're feeling stuck in old patterns or seeking a deeper sense of direction, we will work together to make sense of your story and build a path toward lasting independence.
Therapy with me is rooted in honest dialog, active listening, and evidence-based tools. I integrate Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), breathwork, reflective journaling, dream exploration, and narrative techniques.
Rather than just talking about problems, we’ll focus on actionable solutions and personal responsibility. Together, we will uncover underlying patterns, explore new choices, and equip you with practical tools to cultivate deeper self-awareness, courage, and self-compassion.
( NOTE: I have a no show, late show and late cancel policy (see "Practice Details") which includes all clients including those who have insurers who do not cover Grow Therapy for those instances. In the case of a LATE show client will be responsible for pro-rated amount not covered by their insurer. 36hr advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule.)

Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) currently based and practicing in Oregon, though with an active license in California as well. I attended California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) for graduate school and lived in the Bay Area for a decade before moving to Portland, OR shortly before the pandemic. I have over thirteen years of experience as a "generalist" therapist, though I specialize in supporting individuals in the midst of life transitions, including but not limited to: relationship challenges, moves to a new city or state, new or chronic medical diagnoses, career and work problems, spiritual questioning, transitions into the workforce or retirement. I do NOT work with couples at this time. While I consider the psychological theories behind my work, I hold them lightly in the room, believing most fundamentally in the importance of an adaptive, culturally-sensitive, non-judgmental stance with my clients.
PLEASE NOTE: your chosen intake appointment time is subject to my final approval based on my shifting availability. I see clients on multiple platforms and am unable to sync all of my calendars in real time. Following the initial appointment, we will find a mutually agreeable meeting time and I will manage the booking on the Grow platform going forward, including rescheduling and cancellations. You will need to message me directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I request the courtesy of as much advanced notice as possible. I am not able to work with clients who cancel without 24 hrs advanced notice or no show more than twice.
You are more than what happened to you. Your thoughts, emotions, and past experiences do not define your worth or your future. Healing is possible—and you deserve a life that feels safe, grounded, and truly your own.

I believe healing is hidden in the stories we share. I'm Anthony Garcia, LMFT, a trauma-focused therapist trained in EMDR who helps adults navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, and life's most challenging transitions. By helping clients explore the experiences that shaped them and uncover the patterns that keep them feeling stuck, I help them find relief from emotional distress and begin writing a new chapter grounded in resilience, meaning, and hope.
