In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Making you comfortable in our first session together is important, so you can feel at home. Brief introductions of ourselves, then plunging into the specifics and troubles you're facing. This will help me customize a treatment plan for us to work through in follow-up meetings suitable for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked as an experienced psych nurse for the past 7 years before becoming a licensed Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner has given me the expertise I need to diagnose, treat and prescribe medications rightly plus the supportive talk therapy you need for each day as you attain your mental goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with all ages of patients across life span with different mental issues, be it ADHD, personalitity disorders, bipolar, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety or more. My clients are longing to feel better, but do not have the drive or emotional stength needed to make this objective a reality. They often feel alone, swamped and fearful about what others will say or think about them, I am here to tell you, you are not alone.
