In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first meeting will be a free online 20-minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit working together. During the video call, you can share what’s going on, ask me questions, and we can explore how I can be of service. At the end of the consultation, I will let you know if I feel I can help you accomplish your goals. You don't have to make a decision at that time. I want you to take the time you need to decide if I'm the right person for you.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT can be used to change behaviors by first challenging your thinking. Starting with exploring the quality of your thoughts is imperative. You will learn how to increase your awareness of low-quality thoughts and reframe them to more helpful thoughts working with me.
