What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first meeting will be a free online 20-minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit working together. During the video call, you can share what’s going on, ask me questions, and we can explore how I can be of service. At the end of the consultation, I will let you know if I feel I can help you accomplish your goals. You don't have to make a decision at that time. I want you to take the time you need to decide if I'm the right person for you.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use the following treatment methods: mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, internal family systems, solution-focused, and acceptance and commitment therapy.

What makes me different? I am not afraid, to be honest with you. I’m a careful listener and read between the lines to help you uncover what is really going on inside your inner world.
