About me

I’m a therapist dedicated to helping individuals and groups navigate challenges, heal from past experiences, and build meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based methods like IFS, attachment-based therapy, and CBT. I believe every person has the inner resources to grow, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore, heal, and move toward the life you want.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, I’ll take time to get to know you, your story, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your goals, discuss what you’d like to focus on, and begin identifying the approaches that may work best for you. My priority is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, ask questions, and set the pace for our work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are creating a safe, nonjudgmental space and tailoring therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. I draw from IFS, attachment-based therapy, and CBT to help clients better understand themselves, heal from trauma, and build healthier patterns. Clients often share that my approach feels both compassionate and practical, supporting them in making meaningful progress while feeling truly seen and understood.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are trauma survivors, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals navigating complex or high-acuity mental health concerns. I am passionate about creating a safe and affirming space where clients feel seen and supported, and I bring both professional experience and personal understanding as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. I work best with those who are ready to explore their inner world, process difficult experiences, and build tools for resilience and growth.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I have completed over 40 hours of official IFS training and have been using the model in my practice for two years with both individuals and groups. I help clients identify and build relationships with their internal parts, unblend from protective patterns, and strengthen their connection to Self. This approach has been particularly effective in addressing trauma, co-occurring disorders, and emotional regulation challenges.

Attachment-based

I have applied attachment-based therapy in my practice for the past five years with both individuals and groups. I use this approach to help clients understand and repair early relational patterns, develop secure attachment strategies, and strengthen their ability to form healthy connections. It has been particularly effective in supporting trauma recovery, reducing anxiety, and improving emotional regulation and relationships.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice for the past five years, building on the foundation provided through graduate-level coursework. I apply CBT techniques to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and practice behavior changes that support their goals. This approach has been particularly useful for addressing anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns.
