Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) by helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts that influence their emotions and behaviors. Through structured sessions, I will guide you to test these thoughts against evidence and replace them with more balanced, realistic perspectives. I also use behavioral techniques, such as skill-building and gradual exposure, to help clients practice healthier responses in everyday situations.

Trauma-Focused CBT

I use Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) by helping clients process traumatic experiences in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. I teach coping skills such as emotional regulation, relaxation, and grounding to manage trauma-related distress. Through gradual trauma narration and cognitive processing, and help clients reframe unhelpful beliefs related to the trauma and strengthen resilience and recovery.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution-Focused Therapy by emphasizing clients’ strengths and resources rather than focusing on problems or past difficulties. I help clients set clear, achievable goals and uses techniques such as miracle questions and scaling to identify small, practical steps toward change. By highlighting what is already working, and support clients in building solutions that fit their lives and promote confidence and progress.
