I have over 20 years of experience guiding people through difficult times and helping them gain insight and develop coping skills so that they can move through their lives with confidence.
During our initial intake session, we will collaboratively discuss your goals for treatment, and I will check in with you throughout treatment to evaluate progress towards the goals that have been set.

I work with a variety of individuals who experience anxiety, life transitions, grief, infertility, and childhood traumas.
I use an integrative approach tailored specifically to clients’ needs and strive to empower them on their path of healing. Using a trauma-informed lens, I incorporate various evidence-based modalities, including compassion-focused CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and mindfulness.
During our first couple sessions together, I will work together with you to better understand those issues or situations that are most troubling to you. This can be an issue or event that is currently upsetting or one from the past. Some sample targets for EMDR might be; a past or recent traumatic event, negative beliefs, relationship problems.
