Welcome! Im Natalie Facio-León. I am a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over eight years of experience in mental health. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients ranging from individuals to couples and families. As a therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenging life transitions, manage mental health issues, and build healthier relationships. I’m passionate about helping individuals create lasting change through support, empathy, and effective intervention strategies.
In your first therapy session, you can expect a welcoming and non-judgmental space where you will be encouraged to share at their own pace. My goal is to get to know you and together set therapeutic goals and discuss best approaches and interventions.
