Hello, I'm Nicole. Do you feel overwhelmed, pushing others away though lonelier than ever, constantly in survival mode, beating yourself up, missing your old self, or trying harder but still feeling worse? I empower you to renew confidence, heal your true self, and gain effective coping skills to thrive in life instead of simply survive. I integrate trauma interventions, changing negative beliefs, spirituality as preferred, and teaching effective coping skills to feel your best. Seeking therapy can be scary but I am here to help you grow to your healthiest self. You have found the safe place to be yourself and feel the acceptance you deserve. I'll meet you with compassion and evidence based interventions to overcome barriers to your true self. I look forward to working with you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions. Then we will dive into challenges you want to work on. I will assess you with multiple questions to best understand your presenting problem and meet your needs. We will collaborate to develop a unique treatment plan specifically designed for you, which will be used in follow-up sessions to meet your treatment goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I specialize in trauma and spirituality. I am very empathic, experienced, and genuine.
