Together we will explore your feelings and work on setting goals. Therapy is a safe place to talk about anything that you need to get off your chest. I like to collaborate with my clients and teach you the tools to overcome anxiety and fear. I utilize a strengths-based perspective and try to bring out the positive qualities in my clients. My clients would describe me as positive and bubbly. I understand that it can be difficult to begin counseling, but I am here to help. By reaching out to start therapy, you are taking a big first step. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2012. I have my Masters in Social Work from Florida State University. I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional through Evergreen Certifications. I am a member of the International Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Foundation and frequently attend IOCDF seminars. I have experience treating clients with Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Agoraphobia, Illness-Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobia, Post-Partum Depression/Anxiety/OCD, and Major Depressive Disorder.

I have worked part-time providing counseling for the last ten years, while being at home to raise my kids.
