I am a therapist of 16 years with experience in substance use issues and a variety of mental health and life restricting problems. I will work with you exactly where you are to provide support and understanding, while helping to push you to explore your thoughts, beliefs, actions, and feelings to guide you through your struggle. I believe that everyone has capacity to become the person they want to be. The journey to becoming yourself is exciting, maybe scary, and can be difficult, but I will be by your side.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My first session is very much a get-to-know-you session. I will provide assessment and initial thoughts, if wanted, and share information that is relevant towards my clients feeling comfortable with me and my process.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My compassion and empathy, ability to see their perspective, but to offer alternative perspectives for thought are immense strengths I can offer.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I don't have a dream client exactly. I want to be able to serve a wide variety of clients and to be able to provide a space for true listening, empathy, and safety in order to set my clients up for growth.
