Hello. My name is Sarah. Do you ever feel like it's just not enough? The "it" could be any number of things. Your job, your relationships, your daily routines, etc.. Is it hard to find the good during the bad? I can help. Together, we can find what is holding you back and we can find the best way to navigate back to happiness. I feel you are the best one to know what you need and typically follow a person centered approach. I also integrate mindfullness and help you change the way you perceive things through your thinking. I am here to help in a number of situations. Whether that be relationships, anger, anxiety, and so much more. I enjoy working with children, young adults and couples. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to be themselves where they can evolve and grow into their best selves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is all about information gathering and rapport building. I believe it is essential for a therapist and client to jive in order to build a therapeutic relationship.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my biggest strength is knowing where the client is. Whether you are 5, 18 or 30, I believe in always listening to the client and hearing where they are at in the moment.
