Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Georgia. I received my Masters from Troy University in Alabama and have been practicing for 5 years. I help young adults- older adults struggling with career stress, career change, retirement, family issues work/life balance and burnout become the best versions of themselves. I love and enjoy being a counselor and helping my clients to gain insight into their lives past and present. I enjoy working with young adults, adults, and the geriatric population.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions while I take a moment to review the client's intake information, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a individualized plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I explain policies and find out what your expectations are for counseling.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in the mental health field for the past 7 years, I pride myself on having compassion, empathy, and life experiences that allows me to develop rapport quickly and in turn helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. In addition to building rapport quickly I like to focus on to helping you to heal, energize, and become aware of your inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space and listening to your concerns.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

Eclectic therapy is an approach that draws on multiple theoretical orientations and techniques. I like this approach because it is a flexible and multifaceted approach to therapy that allows the therapist to use the most effective methods available to address each individual client's needs.
