I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. I have 8+ years of experience in behavioral/mental health. I help my clients navigate emotional and psychological challenges by providing high-quality evidence-based care. My expertise spans multiple treatment areas, including depression, anxiety, other mood disorders and ADHD. My practice is dedicated to fostering a nurturing safe space for clients to share their stories, seek guidance, and, ultimately, work towards a brighter future.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then a brief biopsychosocial intake. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked in neuroscience and psychiatry young professionals for the past 8 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause(s) of your challenges, (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress and (c) implement a graceful philosophy to navigate life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with anyone who needs support. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about the future. My approach is grounded in a holistic foundation yet support with optional medication.
