In 2007, Amy earned her Registered Nurse designation. Amy obtained vast knowledge in cardiac, vascular, and thoracic specialties. Demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning, Amy furthered her studies and became a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine in 2021.
My background in family care has honed my ability to communicate effectively with a variety of patient populations, including children, adults, and families.
Recognizing a significant gap in mental health care options for her patients, she obtained her Psychiatric Mental Health degree to enhance the services she offered. In 2024, Amy transitioned to working in substance use and mental health care management. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) working in addiction and inpatient mental health settings, there are several essential skills that are crucial for providing effective care. Amy's expertise in comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and pharmacology for mental health and substance use has proven to enhance her clients' potential for achieving mental health stability. Her vast background in nursing and Advanced Practice Nursing brings a unique combination of skills and expertise to her practice. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care to her patients.
First session
New patient visits are the first step to managing your care. We will review your current medications, sources of care, and any concerns you may have. We also collect detailed medical, family, social, and psychiatric history. This includes hospitalization and medication history. Come prepared with this background!

We offer Spravato and drug-free depression treatments in the office with TMS therapy.
