Hi! I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over 20 years experience practicing in Massachusetts. From teenagers to older adults, I help those with small goals and big goals; whether it’s a life transition or overcoming anxiety. Solution focused and strength based or my most common modalities used. Everyone has strengths- what are yours? I look forward to helping you identify yours to become your best self!
In our first session, we will go over what brings you to therapy and how I can support you. We will also complete some required paperwork that will help establish goals.
Some of my greatest strengths as a provider include meeting the client where they are, but also providing direct and concrete support.
I enjoy working with young adults to older adults. My clients are eager to talk through their concerns while formulating solutions. They also enjoy direct feedback and a bit of humor :)
