Hi! I'm a faith-based, licensed therapist based in Texas. I graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with my degree in Christian Counseling and have been in working with teens and adults dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression for 12 years! Two years ago I became a (geriatric) mom and walked through a season of post partum anxiety. That experience lead me to complete my education in post partum mental health. If you're an older mom (like me!), first time mom (also like me!), and facing post partum mood and anxiety (I did!), juggling a busy life (yep, me too!), I'm here and would love to work with you! Schedule a FREE 15-minute phone consultation and check to see if we'd be a good fit!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, I want to get to know you and for you to get to know me. We'll confirm if we'll make a good team! I'll ask about what motivated you to seek out support and identify a few, tangible goals for us to work towards. By the end, I hope you'll feel safe, heard, supported, and certain that we'll work well together. Schedule a FREE 15-minute phone consultation to see if I'd be a good fit for you!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I will carefully listen to you, spark joy and laughter with you, provide and protect the comforting space you need to work through things, give you support, and give you nudges to take next steps when you're ready.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use this method to help and support you as you learn to identify the thoughts that ultimately affect your emotions and rule over your behaviors. The goal in using this method is to give you power back over your life!

Christian Counseling

This method and working from a biblical worldview, shapes how I see, hear, and help you. I pray for you (if you ask) to support you and care for your heart, soul, and mind. I see you as "fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalm 139:14) and I will not judge you.
